Forced to not use valid discount code!
I applied a discount code with my order on their website but when I reached the confirmation page, it showed that I had paid the full amount. I tried emailing their support to explain the situation but they said that nothing could be done once the payment has been made. Bunch of baloney. I know it's not even that hard to issue even a partial refund to fix the problem but I guess those few dollars are more important than their reputation. There are other better collectible businesses out there that care about their customers. I won't be getting anything from them anymore.
