They were very patient and helpful with a custom garment I had in mind. The first one looked and fitted great, unfortunately there was a seam issue. When I notified them they were extremely apologetic and promised to make it right. They immediately remanufactured the garment for me and shipped the new one to me without me having to poke or prod and the replacement garment has been working out great so far!

I ordered two items on this site full of anticipation. On their website they said that it would be sent within two weeks so when I didn’t hear anything (also not about delays) for two weeks I sent them an email inquiring where it was and when they would be sending it. After being assured it would be sent within a week and they put my order on highest priority, I didn’t hear anything from it for over a week. So I sent them an email again wherein I once again asked if they had any updates. This time they replied with a picture of one of my (standard) items and a €10 gift card along with the assurance that it would be sent within two days. I was hopeful but realised that a picture doesn’t say anything and that a gift card won’t help if I don’t get anything (it’ll only make me waste more money). Multiple days later I had not heard anything from them, so I started an inquiry via PayPal to see if I could get my money back if I wouldn’t get my package. I did this since the deadline to do so had almost been passed, so I didn’t see any other option. When I notified customer service of this, the package was sent the same day. Right now I have just received my two items in good condition, but it feels like they were not going to send anything unless they were threatened with a money withdrawal.

Our products are handmade and made to order. With the production and shipping time, the estimated delivery time was given before purchase and is within this range. Latex clothing is usually thin and lightweight. The 0.40mm thickness you chose cannot be as thick as regular clothing. The size issue may be due to an incorrect selection.
