Outstanding customer service and great quality

My first order was a regular item, which I already liked very much. Second order was custom made. Despite a hiccup in production, I am more than happy. The team solved any issues very professionally and accommodating. I've hardly experienced better customer service in the last years, be it online or offline. That said, the quality of the garment is great and I truly enjoy wearing it.

I ordered a custom catsuit from Minimal Latex and I’m honestly impressed from start to finish. The catsuit turned out exactly how I imagined it. Every single request I made was taken seriously: thickness choice, reinforcement details, design elements, everything. You can tell this is not a generic production: it feels like real craftsmanship and real attention for the detail. Communication was excellent. They double-checked important details before producing (like zipper options and material availability) and explained things clearly, with recommendations that actually made sense (not just trying to upsell). That kind of transparency is getting rare these days. Quality wise, the catsuit looks and feels beautifully made. For the price, it’s almost unreal. ^^ This shop treated me with respect and patience, and the end result shows it. I’m genuinely grateful and I will definitely order again. Everything perfect

From day I ordered it took a little less than one month for my order to arrive at my place. The garment fits like a glove and I'm very pleased with the overall quality, especially for the price. I'm super happy and will definitely order again

I placed my order on November 20, full of excitement and trust. What followed was weeks of waiting, uncertainty, and disappointment. On December 5, I was told the production would be finished within 1–3 days. After that, I kept receiving reassuring messages, but no real progress. No shipping confirmation, no clear answers, just repeated delays and vague promises. What made this especially frustrating was the emotional rollercoaster. Every update raised hope, only for nothing to actually happen. Communication sounded kind and apologetic, but actions never matched the words. By the end of December, I still had no reliable proof that my order had even shipped. Waiting this long, with so little transparency, is exhausting and honestly upsetting. I wanted to love this experience, but the lack of honesty and reliability made it impossible. I cannot recommend this shop based on how this situation was handled.

Amazing and lovely personal service.. nice contact via e-mail and a very caring team! I love to order my latex clothes there and will stick to that shop! Production time is incredibly fast compared to competitors!

Great first experience

For a first timer like me, using the website to find and choose a fitting piece was very easy and straight forward. The waiting time from ordering to receiving my chosen piece, was about two weeks and customer support was very friendly, helpful and forthcoming. The Latex was well made and it has a nice and bright colour. The feeling is amazing, smooth and rubbery. In total I'm very happy with the company and its product.
