I first ordered from Minimallatex about a year ago, and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since!
The quality of their latex is great, and their made-to-measure service is excellent. I’ve ordered seven catsuits so far, and they’ve all fitted me perfectly.
Their customer support is amazing as well. They’re always friendly, happy to help, and willing to think along with you to find the best solution.
Another great thing is that they offer a repair service, which is really helpful if something happens to your latex. I’ve personally had a suit tear, so having the option to get it repaired is a big plus!
Delivery times are generally pretty good, too. My made-to-measure orders usually arrive within 3–4 weeks, while standard-sized items have arrived in as little as 1–2 weeks.

Worst experience ever!
Ordering from Germany I asked them before if they can send a package to a DHL parcel station. They told me to order and pay shipping with DHL express what I did. When it came to the point to ship the order, I got an email that fedex is not able to deliver the package to a DHL station. So even though I paid for DHL Express, Minimal Latex initially sent my package with a regular (slower) method. Luckily I’ve been able to get the package shipped the way I payed for but that added 5 more days until the package has been really sent.
I don’t want to blame minimal latex, but the package got hold on customs for 1,5weeks and I had to pay more than 50€ extra for it. Then it didn’t got delivered for another week and when it arrived, I realized that it doesn’t fit cause I ordered with shoulder zipper which makes the suit less flexibel and because of the pattern I’m not able to fit it over my shoulders and close it. It takes away a bit of the size and Minimal Latex doesn’t care. So I had lots of hassle, payed a lot of money, spent a lot of time emailing and in the end for nothing. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them. Really. Better stay away!!

Hello, we're very sorry that you didn't have a satisfactory experience with your order.
Until recently, we were able to ship packages to DHL Packstations, but unfortunately, our shipping provider no longer supports this type of delivery. This is something beyond our control.
You selected FedEx as the shipping method when placing your order, but we still tried to arrange shipment with DHL for you.
Your order was placed on August 30, and we completed production on September 8. The suit passed our quality inspection, and we sent you a video of the finished item that day. Unfortunately, we have limited control over the subsequent shipping and customs processes, which can be affected by the shipping provider.
Regarding the customs charges, we did our best to declare a lower value for the shipment. Since the delivery was delayed, we also covered part of the customs charges and refunded your shipping fee.
For our standard-size garments, the measurements are fixed, and choosing a different zipper does not change the specified measurements.
In any case, we're truly sorry for all the trouble you experienced and that the suit didn't meet your expectations. We will continue working to improve our service and provide a better experience for every customer.
On September 26, we refunded the $19.90 shipping fee and an additional $19.75 to help cover the customs charges. Both refunds should have arrived in your account by now, so could you please check your payment account? Thank you!
I am truly satisfied with my order, I love the craftsmanship along with the service I have received. I have gotten a custom size order and I have put in and the size was spot on. The shipping was extremely fast to get it from china to America.
Overall I had a positive experience with Minimallatex! Communication was excellent and the production and delivery time were very swift. For the price point the latex is super high quality and well made. My only complaint is that one of the buckles I ordered on my bodysuit was glued slightly higher that the one on the opposite side, but this isn't noticeable from a distance. I will be recommending this brand 100% in the future!

They reached out with updates on production and provided insight into their business. Its easy for companies to promise alot for higher prices but they delivered pretty decent for the price. I think some of the measurements were off but I think that is because their reference diagram is not depicting the areas correctly. I think mine could have been a few centimeters less than what I received so do with that as you will.
This is the best website that I have ever purchased off of, it has outstanding quality and customer service though the manufacturing may be a little slow. I did order products with inflatable parts on it, which went through thorough quality checks. After they completed building the garment, the shipping is overall fast to get it from one side of the world to the other, which I am very satisfied for. Upon my first use a seem failed on the garment, and within 24 hours of contacting them about the failure they have offered me advice on how to fix the garment and offered me a new garment with customizations free of charge. As of today, I have found issues with reaching their websites on google and safari, saying that their website is unreachable. I have tried contacting support on Gmail but I cannot reach them as the email cannot send. I truly hope this is a short-term problem and will be resolved soon, instead of it being a long-term problem. I am truly willing to shop again for more products and I’m truly satisfied with the incredible service that they have provided me.

To be fully transparent, I specifically went to our warehouse to record a quality control video to verify our material quality. I also suggested that you could test the strength of the intact areas on the garment you received, but you declined to provide a video. Furthermore, you have expressed complete satisfaction with all your other orders; it is only this specific item, worth over a hundred dollars, that you are unsatisfied with due to a tear caused by external force.
