Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company and its offerings. People regularly point out that customer service representatives are extremely helpful, responsive, and quick to resolve any questions or individual ordering details. Many consumers are also genuinely impressed by the gorgeous materials, exceptional craftsmanship, and remarkably fast shipping options available worldwide. However, some reviewers were not happy with sizing issues, mentioning that certain outfits did not fit properly or arrived in the incorrect dimensions. A few other people also felt that specific parts or small accessories presented unexpected flaws or broke down shortly after initial movement.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Just wanted to swing by and say, Wow! Thank you!! Costume ordered on the 4th of October in the UK. We said we needed it before Halloween and it arrived today. The fit is absolutely perfect!! The quality is great. I wish I'd gone with your company to order first after being let down by another.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Spiderman Costume, Exceeded Expectations! This Spiderman costume was absolutely fantastic! The quality, attention to detail, and overall design exceeded my expectations. The colors are vibrant, the material looks great, and the costume truly brings Spiderman to life. It was a huge hit and made the entire experience even more special! What impressed me most was how great it looked while still being comfortable enough to wear and enjoy. The customer service was also 5 stars! Whether for cosplay, Halloween, a costume party, or simply for a Spiderman fan, this costume is an excellent choice. The details really make it stand out, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this costume and company to anyone. The costume was worth every penny, and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. If you're looking for a costume that makes a statement and delivers that authentic superhero feel, this is definitely the one to get!

I was given the wrong size, repeatedly asked for a new suit, was told repeatedly they need time to make the suit, when I know they're mass produced and just needed to wait for a chance or something either way 40 emails and Facebook messages and still I am waiting for an actual resolution to this atrocious experience, I will never buy from this company ever again
Shirts a little small and kinda hard to move in, the belt is very loose and the shirt pops out around it after some movement, the mask broke on the first day, but besides that everything turned out amazing, it looks great and people love taking pictures

Ordering was easy, the company was very responsive in replying to emails and issues with the Spider-Man suit. Tracking they used was great and I did get my product in the time they said. Quality of the suit is great other than a few issues with the rear face shell. They are refunded the extra cost of the rear face shell for me. They really care about their customer.

The bodysuit fits according to the size chart, but it turned out bigger than normal, and the mask was too big as well. I emailed them to explain the situation, and they told me that was my size and asked me to send them my measurements. I sent my measurements, and they told me the size I chose was correct. Then they asked me to send photos of my body showing the tape measure with the measurement. I feel this is unprofessional behavior that shows a lack of trust from the company and proves they aren't as legitimate as they claim to be. Anyway, I wasted my money because they wouldn't exchange the bodysuit and it was no use to me.
Product is pretty amazing for the price. Draw backs for me are the smells of adhesive and the rubber felt sticky. But overall sturdy.

Fast shipping and customer service. I ordered a wrong size cosplay, they solved it almost immediately and without making me repay for the whole costume, they maked a new suit in my precise size and they shipped it to me in really restricted times. The shipping from china to Italy only took 3 days thanks to them when i said that i needed the cosplay for a precise day. Thanks alot. Quality of material 5 stars

Ordered the Vought Rising V2 Soldier Boy Suit and was immediately contacted by a polite lady confirming sizes and expectations with me. Excellent service, i shelled for express shipping and recieved it the next day. My sizes were pretty much to the letter with mayyybee an inch or 2 smaller in the hips but made it work. All around excellent service and the material is very intricate, would recommend 😌✊🏻
