Just wanted to swing by and say, Wow! Thank you!! Costume ordered on the 4th of October in the UK. We said we needed it before Halloween and it arrived today. The fit is absolutely perfect!! The quality is great. I wish I'd gone with your company to order first after being let down by another.
Still not arrived and being told something different every time. I'm writing this review here in the hope that someone high up in the company can see it/respond to it. I placed an order 27th of September that had guaranteed delivery before October 31st. (I'm based in the UK) As the time drew nearer I began emailing as I was (and still am) concerned that this would not arrive. I did try the WhatsApp channel several times but this had no response whatsoever. Something that kept getting mentioned via email was "Please rest assured your costume will be delivered on time" However, as of late it's just ambiguous now, a lot of "Should" being mentioned. I was even talked into paying an extra $20 for extra fast shipping, when they said it would arrive in time without it?? I've paid the fee. Got told it would ship 21st...thats been and gone now.... Latest was will ship in a few days... Then they said we'll ship using fastest delivery method... Which I should hope so as that is what I paid for. I just feel like there is actually no one to talk to who knows what's going on? I've spent a lot of money and I don't know if this will arrive or not. I bought another costume for my partner from a competitor site on the 4th of October, and it shipped four days ago. But so far, unibuyplus has let me down hugely. A real shame. I just feel like I'm being strung along and that I've been scammed at the moment.
