My son picked out his costume and added extras and it came in perfect! The shipping does take the time that they report but the quality of the costume was fantastic!

A terrible experience. Horrible communication. Please do not buy from this company, SIM COSPLAY. I made a purchase on September 28th, and as of today, October 25th, I still haven’t received it, nor have I received any response from this company. Terrible.
Professional tailors!! 10/10
Professional tailors! Very helpful; just send an email and give them a day to respond. I was afraid I had gotten the wrong size, so I sent them my measurements after I purchased, and they were able to amend it and get me the perfect size. I purchased a top-end Batman suit; it took about one month and some days to reach my door with the regular shipping option. Definitely worth the wait! In time for Halloween! It fits perfectly. If you need or want a really well-made costume, Simcosplay is the way; 10/10, would purchase again.
These people are frauds!
These people are frauds!! I ordered from them two months ago, paid $20 for shipping. After a month i sent an email asking where the order was, they said they were preparing the order. After another couple of weeks i asked again as haloween is a week away. They then sent me a response saying i cancelled my order. I never cancelled the order!! I asked them to supply me the email where i cancelled, and of course they couldn't. I asked them to send it expedited, they didnt understand. Il still waiting on a refund but they put us in a difficult position. This company is a total fraud. Do not order from them.!!! they’re directly from China. They don’t understand English and good luck getting your money back.
BEWARE
BEWARE! Their size charts are NOT accurate and if you have to return due to that, on top of bearing return shipping cost (although I shouldn’t have to since it is NOT my mistake, their size chart is wrong) they also deduct original shipping costs that YOU paid for! Not them! Which they conveniently don’t mention in their return policy. Deceitful business practices, do NOT purchase from them.
Purchased the Gwen Stacy multi verse…
Purchased the Gwen Stacy multi verse costume. Design is cute and it fit well. But it is unwearable due to some red/brown residue that is all over it. This residue stained the inside of the shoes, rubbed off on everything it touched including the white parts of the costume, even stained my nails!

I ordered the Doctor Doom Cosplay Costume, XL full set with mask. I was worried it would take 3-4 weeks and miss my Halloween events, but it arrived fast well before I needed it and the quality is great. The costume is amazing. Thank you so much!

I ordered a Dark Knight Batman costume
I ordered a Dark Knight Batman costume. I was very happy with the product. Customer services were quick to respond and the item way exceeded my expectations. There was a slight mix up with size but Simcosplay were very helpful and quickly sent out a replacement to me without question. Delivery was quick considering it came from China 3 weeks from order. And the replacement size even quicker less than 2 weeks. I will definitely use this company again.

I ordered a Deadpool cosplay for Halloween. Even though I ordered it some what late, my customer service representative keep in contact with me and was able to deliver the costume in plenty of time for Halloween. I was impressed with the quality and workmanship as well as the accuracy of the fit.
spiderman suit looks good, but very poor quality!
Bought a spiderman suit for my son, arrived fast as promised and was impressed with how it looks, much better than the store bought Halloween suits you buy from box stores... However it went downhill from there. The eye unglued on the first day, and when I contacted customer service, they only said, can you glue it! Sure I can try to glue it, but I shouldn't be gluing stuff on the first day of wearing it. Feet pads also had glue smeared all over the fabric, very sloppy workmanship!!! I wish I could give this suit a better review cause it does look good, but unfortunately, they don't stand by their product, and deliver sloppy, poor quality workmanship. I don't think I'll be buying from simcosplay in the future.

Terrible product, unreasonable return policy, and zero customer service I strongly regret purchasing from SimCosplay. My experience has been extremely frustrating and I would not recommend this company to anyone based on how it has handled my order. I purchased a Spider-Man costume for my four-year-old child for $60.40, including $19.99 in shipping. I followed the sizing guidelines but the costume was far too small to be usable. The mask was particularly undersized and the opening couldn't even fit a baby. When I contacted customer service to request a resolution, the response was generic and with ZERO customer service intention. SimCosplay expects me to pay for international return shipping to China before I can receive a refund. When I asked whether they had a US return address or could provide a prepaid return label, they simply replied: **“Sorry, we are in China, no USA address.”** That's it! No solution, no alternatives, no refund option, nothing! Apparently, the customer is expected to absorb the inconvenience and additional expense of returning an unusable product internationally, even when the sizing does not match expectations. Even more concerning, their return instructions tell customers to declare a package value of less than $20 on the customs documentation. I am not comfortable misrepresenting a package's value just to make a return easier for the seller. The company is willing to take your money and charge substantial shipping fees but when there is a problem, the proposed solution is to make the customer spend even more money and wait for the item to reach China before a refund is considered. A reasonable business would work with the customer to resolve the issue. SimCosplay's response has instead left me feeling that the return process is designed to discourage customers from pursuing refunds. My order was $60.40. The principle matters as much as the money: customers should not have to go through an expensive international return process for a product that is unusable. Think carefully before ordering from this company! Consider the potential return costs and the fact that resolving a product issue may require shipping your purchase back to China at your own expense. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the way this company has handled the situation. I would not purchase from SimCosplay again!
Ordered a Dr Doom costume from Avengers Doomsday
Ordered a Dr Doom costume from Avengers Doomsday, no issues with shipping, came after about a month is good considering it’s from Asia. However the costume I received has horrible sticking, basically all the stitching on the costume is done very poorly, it has started to rip off and damage the costume, I am not even too sure wether it will last me for a con I am going to on Halloween.

Will Never Use This Business Only after placing my order as advised by the website did they state they dont to alterations or customisations however as of now and when i placed the order they have that they will customise the order to fit, as someone who is a little wider than the average joe it is extremely upsetting to have to pay before being told they will not do customisations and this is still on the website

Great quality in their suits
Great quality in their suits, I've got Superman from 2025 and Captain America from Endgame (2026 version) and I coudln't be happier with the products, the client service and mail delivery. Every question I had, and change in sizing or anything, they answered properly and solved all my needs. They both took around 20 days, but they arrived to my home without any issue. The fabrics, colors, textures, every single detail and material is just what you expect for the prices, nothing less, and the sizing guides they show are very reliable. In conclusion, I totally recommend them, and I would buy with them again without any doubt.

I ordered the complex deadpool costume. I recommend measuring yourself and matching it to the chart provided for the best fit. My just came and it is perfect. Taylored just for me, amazing quality, fabric, look and feel. It look just like the movie! Couldn't recommend more. Rediculously fast production and even shipping was quick! Couldnt recommend more.
