Kink Projects, Have lots of suits from them, my Friends have order many. Quality has been good, any issues Customer Service has never been a problem. They have replied promptly, with accurate information. When there has been an issue they have gone above and beyond to solve it. You do have to be Patient for your suits. Oh Made to Measure have never had a problem with this from KP.

I ordered a completely custom latex suit from KinkProjects and I’m genuinely impressed with how it turned out. For the design, I only sent them pictures of a concept I had created myself. There was no existing product to copy, I wanted something completely custom. The finished suit arrived looking almost exactly like the design I had sent them, including the details and overall look. That was probably the part that impressed me the most. The fit is excellent as well. It fits my body perfectly and the latex feels like very good quality. I’ve already worn the suit for around 36 hours in total, including for longer periods at a time, and so far I’ve had no issues with seams, tears or material failure. The production time was also very reasonable. From ordering a fully custom-made suit to receiving the finished product took less than eight weeks. Communication throughout the process was good, and they were able to turn my own design into an actual wearable suit without changing what I wanted. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely order another custom piece from KinkProjects. I’ve had 3 catsuits and some hoods from kinkprojects and I’ve been very very happy with each piece every time. There is a wait in the gear I will admit however with the clothing being affordable and the customer service being great I’m more than happy to wait knowing I’m getting great pieces! My pieces from kinkprojects have lasted longer than pieces I’ve gotten from other popular latex retailers so plan to continue purchasing pieces from them in future.

I ordered a custom neck entry suit. I am 6'7" or 2m and 230lbs. The suit fits my frame and body very well. With durable seems. I have broad shoulders, so neck entry was a huge risk, but I am very happy with the results. The suit took 6 months. the customer support I reached out to gave an accurate timeline. I make cosplay so I know how to measure myself. If you don't have experience get someone else to measure you.

Unfortunately, the paw print on the front was applied slightly crooked and was not properly centred. After contacting customer service, Amy responded quickly and took my concern seriously. They offered to repair the suit free of charge, cover both the return and reshipping costs, and send me photos for approval before returning it. The repair process is still ongoing, but the service and communication so far have been excellent and reassuring. Mistakes can happen, and for me, the way a company handles them makes an important difference.
I'm in the US and have been purchasing from them for several years now. Strengths: They're great at communication via email, tailoring, latex quality, and pricing. I've also asked them to design garments that weren't in their product line, and they made them a reality. Weaknesses: It can take awhile to receive your order (depending on how complex your order is) and shipping can be expensive. Conclusion: I'd still go with them on any given day. US and European latex garment companies can never beat their prices.
