Excellent quality and helpful customer service
I ordered a custom-made latex suit and am very pleased with the design, fit and overall quality. The suit looks beautiful and fits very well. Unfortunately, the paw print on the front was applied slightly crooked and was not properly centred. After contacting customer service, Amy responded quickly and took my concern seriously. They offered to repair the suit free of charge, cover both the return and reshipping costs, and send me photos for approval before returning it. The repair process is still ongoing, but the service and communication so far have been excellent and reassuring. Mistakes can happen, and for me, the way a company handles them makes an important difference.
