first of all I had to get a refund because you all did not have t6he gold you advertised on my server second I had to geal with charlie the agnet on the site chat that gave me nothing but the run around saying what do you want me to say and im sorry your just going to have to wait but would not answer questions I was answering and then stoped talking to me all together I had to go thought three devices to get him to finaly respond to me about giving me my refund dealing with charlie alone was a nightmare I would not recoment this site for anything

I am very disappointed with this site, we bought three packs of 4,000 gold each, we got two on horde and one on alliance we have yet to get the second one on the horde side and it has been over 48 hours. we were promised after 48 hours that we would get the gold within 2 to 4 hours and still have not gotten it and it's almost been three days now. the agent charlie would do nothing but give my husband the run around and now has blocked us from the chat just because my huband was messaging asking abour the gold every few hours, woulden't you? I am very very disapointed with the services of this site

Order fulfillment

At the time I ordered 10K gold I was told it would take about 4 hours to be delivered. I put Items on the auction house for 48 hours a total of 4 times and the order was never delivered. I have requested a full refund 15 minutes ago. Hopefully that will go better than the delivery.

Worst gold site I've used for WOW guys, took them over 3 days if you want fast gold use a different site I promise ya they will just keep telling you we will make you a top priority then 3 days later u get the small 5k you ordered (yes 5k took 3 days for them to get.)

Website states 30 minutes - 1 hour and yet I waited 5 hours almost 6 and never received any form of compensation or information to keep me informed on my order.

Poor Delivery service

order on 2022-11-12 14:16 (GMT+8) message allowed 24hr for restocking, 24hrs past no delivery used the chat function they said it to be delivered within 6 hours, 6 hours passed only partial delivery, chat function again on the 13th and was told would be complete within 12 hours, and now it is the 15th and still not complete.

Complete crap service placed order waited 4 days for order to be delivered when checking for update had been told 2 hours 3 hours and 6 hours then on the 4th day was asked if I wanted to cancel the order ended up getting $3.54usd back from entire order because they raised the prices of the items I had bought after asking if they were ready for my order would not recommend to anyone save your money and your time

You get 1 star because the very day i recieved my purchase someone reported me and got my account banned. i want the @65 i sopent back and i will never again visti your site. ill make sure everyone know this site will cause a ban to an account. and your dumb system sent the gold to the wrong person to begin with and yet i still was banned. your ignorant trash and need to leave the players of WoW and all blizz content alone.
