The customer service is pretty friendly. I’ve had two orders with two separate delivery methods. Let me put this out there. Both orders took over 24 hours. One was about 26 hours and one was about 36 hours till delivery. So just be patient and realistically expect that time frame and you’ll be happy! But you will get your order. I’d recommend using them for sure

My order never arrived, staff lied multiple times

My order never arrived, I spoke with multiple staff members that lied to me about when it would it arrive and after a week it never did...

I placed 2 orders

I placed 2 orders. First order went well. Second order, however, not so well. I didn't receive everything all at once, I wasn't notified of this, and I had to figure out this all on my own. I used the chat app on the website to inquire about this and was told they had to get more resources for my order, which I could understand, but, I never was told about this via email like they were supposed to. Later the next day when I inquired again I was told they need a few more hours. That went by and order not complete. When I again contacted them via chat app on the website I received very lackluster answers and no definite answer on when I would get the rest, and they trailed off at one point and stopped responding to my questions. They guarantee 24 hours, tops, to get order and it took longer than that to get the rest. When I did get the rest they DID email me finally however it was an awkward hour and they requested I verify receipt of order which because I was asleep for the night when they sent the order and the email there was no way for me to do this. I did get everything but it could have been orchestrated a bit smoother.

I don't normally leave reviews but this company uses stolen accounts gold and you will eventually get banned, you get your gold sure but it is all stolen...they will not refund any gold or offer any compensation..

It said half hour to an hour delivery…

It said half hour to an hour delivery time so I waited an hour and nothing and then I messaged customer service and asked when it would arrive and Shaun said 5-8 hours and when I asked why it told me an hour and he snapped at me. I got my gold but customer service sucked

Another unprofessional business.

Another unprofessional business. All's you doing is giving somebody some money right it'd be like if I went and borrowed money from my friend and my friend brought me some money that's all I'm doing is borrowing money from a friend right and instead of dropping off all my money I got a little over half and then was told I had to wait an hour to get the rest and it's like if you don't have the material that I need I'm not going to use your service if I got to stand around and wait 2 hours... Now in fact right after I complained someone showed up and gave me the rest of my materials. But the point is a lot of these material sellers swear that it's going to be within minutes and it ends up actually being hours later. That's very unprofessional.

Bought twice

Bought twice, first time went through without any issues. But the second purchase ran into some problems. They wanted me to email a copy my driver’s license/passport as well as my credit card. I absolutely refused to and informed them that I would rather cancel my order than revealing my personal information. After threatening to cancel my order, it then went through without a hitch.

thought they didn't deliver my last order. they clearly did, so I took down the last review and put up this one instead. sorry Mmojugg, don't know what i did with it, vacation has been crazy. lol

these scammers took the money and didnt send it all

these scammers took the money, said they sent the gold in game. i literally didnt even get 1/2 of the gold i ordered. they said "we tried our best" and that was it. My friend sent me gold literally right after and i got his an hour later. This company is a scam, dont buy from them. 2022050104311323

Simple but effective. Didn't use my preferred delivery method, communication could be clearer.

There is a bit of a wait for the delivery, but it came solidly with enough to cover the built-in cost. Reliability is more important than speed, to me. Great business

Mailed instead of Auction House

I requested gold via auction house but it was mailed instead. Supplier doesnt know how to follow instructions.

Paid my money for a service

Paid my money for a service. Received 40% of what was owed to me. Made repeated attempts to have the remainder of the product I paid for delivered to me with no success. I was then completely ignored in their customer service 24/7 chat. I will be making a formal complaint to PayPal to have my funds returned to me.

No delivery is coming

Waited 3 days for delivery, everytime they would say it would take 4-8 more hours, so just talked to support again and they want a couple more days to complete the order. I took a refund..

80 hours later no gold

You pay ....easy getting your product after is the real struggle

This service is a scam

This service is a scam, they promise to sell you at a certain price but then make you wait for days before telling you they cannot fulfill your purchase and makes you pay the difference before they fulfill it. Do not buy from them.
