Don`t buy gold for LostArk there. I paid 6 hours ago, order confirmation said "30min - 1 hour". After 2 hours: Nothing. I wrote the customer service, which answered "2 - 3 hours" - After 5 hours: Still not there. Then it was "it will take another 6 hours".

Do not buy gold from this company for Lost Ark, the way they send you gold is not safe and will get you permanently banned. I speak from experience and they will not compensate for this.

what a joke

what a joke. Prior to ordering I specifically asked a rep if order can be fulfilled. Was assured not a problem within 4 to 6 hours. Ok no biggie. 36 hours later and I have only received 15% of order and nothing but excuses since then.

Order F2F delivery, was told an email would be sent when gold was ready since it was NOT ready within the 30-1 hour timeframe given. Sent gold via mail and stated they could meet F2F after I returned gold in mail (still dont know if it was actually sent)

miscalculated the 5% wire fee that was advertised as being covered, and i did not receive the total i paid for. 1/10 do NOT recommend and will NOT use again.
