Never received my order

I never received my order, though the status was updated to delivered. Charlie supposedly emailed video of the transaction. Never received it. Charlie sent video for download, but format not compatible with system. EDIT: I sent an email for service.

SCAM !!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE I normally go through mmojugg to buy gold, ive been here 3 times prior and had no problems. On the contrary, this last order was my only order that went over $100... I bought 10,000 gold for $174.00 and they said my order was completed and mailed to my character.. 4 days later i have received no gold, and even emailed the website 3 different times with no response. On the customer support spectrum i have even tried the 24/7 online help, which has been absolutely no help at all. Everytime i explain the problem, Shawn, (yes the same guy, every single time i try to talk to someone) literally tells me one moment please. then proceeds to not respond ever. my order details are as follows invoice id 2022020410345305 transaction date feb, 3 2022 18:35:39 PST

just recived a 2week ban in tbc for buying from this site. on mankrik server.

36 hours and still nothing!

its been 36 hours and i still have not gotten my order. i spent 50$ and i keep being told it will be ready in 10 hours. the first 3 times i ordered i had no problem at all. this time around i am getting the runaround. something about a chinese new year, supplier, blah, blah, blah.

Misleading and dishonest practices…

Was told I would get my gold in 3 hours did not happen. Told me to come in 3hrs came back in 9 and the order wasn't ready. End of night they gave me half the order. Got email next morning to get on the game and again they did not have the gold in stock. 4hrs they finally refunded me. There was alot of misleading. The only reason I bought the gold because they stated it was in stock. Horrible experience.

same thing i went with auction house way i waited 48h to finaly get someone on custom service telling me that the deliver sent it by mail . mail that i never received really bad service … C’ant reply here … i play on the most populated horde server at the time you guys are just a scam and at the end i just never received even 1 gold just a sorry for the inconvenience…

I purchased 2000 gold and received it in a payment of 1500 and then 500 which is usually split up more. The transaction was tracked and my account was banned for two weeks.

I ordered gold, got a blank letter in the mail. When I contacted customer service and told them I got ignored. Oh and than after ignoring me they sent me the gold and reported me 😁excellent experience

It said 30 mins to an hour for order, waited 5 hours and 15 mins b4 I got my order, literally sat there waiting to get my invite and don't think I'll be ordering here again

Stolen Gold

So, I've been using these guys for a while. Up until recently they were great. I've spent over $2500 here. There auction house option is a total scam. The suppliers create names using alternate characters that are close to yours and buy their own auctions. I proved this to my self using a hi-res and a 30" monitor. It's insanely obvious that the auctions where duplicated and the wrong auction was purchased. MMOJUGG refuses to admit to the mistake and make good on it. Unfortunately I have to take back any recommendation that I've ever given and advise any possible customer to steer clear.

Riped off

After my account got suspended for buying gold that was mailed. I decided to get it through the auction house. The total was 11550 gold. I received 5550. After putting a list of items on this web sit they did not follow it. Someone made a toon with a name almost exactly like mine. It was a very small difference in the dot over the i in my name. Even after sending them proof and showing them how it was done, they still refused to make good on the 6000 missing gold. This is a normal i , and by holding the alt key down and typing 0206 this is the other Î. this can be done with a lot of characters. It's almost like there suppliers are doing this. After days of words back a forth i still ended up without my gold. At one point they offered me 3000 to settle but I refused. Yesterday I was told they would send it. Today they said no. Beware people. I'm sure this has and will continue happening. I have lost on this one and the previous sale. After about a week of discussions and this review, we settled the issue. I finally received all the gold I was do.

Tooks long time to get my last order and I found better prices on an other website. Loosing money isn’t fun even if it’s 5-6$. Next orders, not sure that I am ordering here.
