These guys have the worst customer service I've ever seen and they told me 7-13 days for delivery it's been a month now and nothing I've emailed them asking what is going on the just said sorry it's Christmas time. That's absolutely ridiculous do not but from these guys your throwing your money at the Chinese. Edit: They got in contact with me after I posted this review and refunded me for shipping cost so if you have the same problem I'd recommend getting in toutcg with them

Order arrived after 4 weeks, significantly over the estimated time. The phone case did not fit the advertised phone, and was poor quality. The telescope lens has a mark inside that makes it unusable (plus hair stuck to it which is just unpleasant). 2 stars only as they did reply to an email in reasonable time but didn't actually resolve the issue.

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered a lightning port for AirPods Max with the description saying delivery during 72 hours. Waited for a week - nothing, even status didn’t change to shipped or something. Wrote them email - no answer, just silence. Should have ordered it at AliExpress :(

Update in 2 days. Support got back to me with willingness to ship the part asap or do a refund. They were rather responsive and we agreed on a refund.
By the way, 72 hours turned out to be the shipment time, not a delivery, JFYI.
Increased their rating because of responsive and helpful support.

Our covers arrived swiftly in the post the other day and since then I've been very keen to write this review.
The covers are WAY better than we hoped, not cheap looking obviously "try hard" covers, these are very stylish, great quality and have been asked where we got them from twice already.
When I initially ordered I completely stuffed my order up but the help desk were fantastic in guiding me and helping me to straighten things out via very prompt emails.
Highly recommend. You'll buy again I'm sure of it.

The initial package with my order was lost in transit
Once that was confirmed from the carrier, I notified MobSpares and their support and communication was superb!
They offered a refund or replacement (I chose the latter) and the new package with my order arrived super fast (I noticed that a different carrier was used this time) and perfectly packed

The products Mobspares sell are very good quality.
Also the prices are reasonable value.
Only problem I had with them was if they have to ship them overseas it
took a week or more at least to arrive to my home. If you are in a hurry to receive an item and live in another country other than China be prepared for a bit of a wait.
But for me it is well worth the wait.
