Ordered a new phone screen, touch screen not working. So send back on the Monday it was delivered to mob spares on the Tuesday no reply so I end up doing all chasing told on Thursday it will be tested in 24 hrs still no reply on Saturday . Update 25/5/24 after leaving this message the company got in touch with me refunded the postage and send me a new screen 3 Weeks later. the new screen works

I retract my previous comment of 'Scammer Alert' because, and probably as a result of my previous post, the company promply got in touch with me, tracked down the package and finally refunded me 50% of the original order. Nevertheless the whole affair was largely unsatisfactory, mainly due the 18-day lag before the package was collected and the further 14-day shipping - plus the package wasn't delivered and required a taxi to fetch it from the Post Office. This company, despite an excellent communication service, is let down by a deplorable shipping company. I strongly advise they change their carrier.

This is an amended review. The item did not work from new for me but Mobspares contacted me after my poor review and maintained a good communication link to me. In short, they arranged for the item to be returned to their uk base, to be sent to the factory for full assessment. They are issuing a full refund to me. I congratulate them for customer service and although I am disappointed the unit did not acheive a benefit for me, I feel it fair to withdraw my original 1* score and write this amendment with 3* based on their helpfulness.

I definitely don't recommend it. Twice in a row I received a screen that wasn't even compatible with my phone model. Twice I had to wait a month for this error to be fixed. The second time I paid for express shipping (2-5 days 25 euros) and due to another mistake I waited a month for the correct phone screen. If you have time and patience, it's ok, but if you're in a hurry, definitely avoid this company. First order 12/09/2023 wrong screen issue fixed 41 days later 20/10/2023 Second order 23/01/2024 wrong screen issue fixed 38 days later 01/03/2024. Again if you have time go for it, but if you pay for fast delivery and facing an issue just request a refund and get it in other place.
