Spare parts for an old phone, worked like a charm!
I ordered some spare parts for a 2018 Huawei and the prices were pretty low. The order arrived within 2 weeks (whereas ordering from China would've taken probably twice that) The screen was wrapped in 3 different protective layers so I'm not suprised it arrived in perfect condition!

The product I received was significantly lower in quality than advertised. When I asked about it, the seller suggested I misinterpreted the description. Their replies came outside normal business hours, making me doubt their credibility. I wouldn’t recommend MobSpares.

I send them a email for canceling a item on my order didn't make it to the warehouse so i receive the piece and told me to keep it and still get a refund never seen this before didn't have any trouble to communicate with them fast respond i would buy from them anytime.

My ordered item didn't match with what they show on the website, and finally didn't even accept a free return shipment to China. Their customer service tries to come up with different excuses to not taking back the wrong item. Don't buy from them if you don't want to regret it later if something goes wrong!

I ordered a battery from them one month ago, the money was taken from my account but I didn’t receive the Battery.Since I placed my order I have been receiving scam emails from a scam site pretending to be “An Post”looking for my Bank details .Order No.MS30328.Mobspares replied to me after this to say the part appeared to have been lost & that I could have a refund or replacement.I asked for the replacement but 3 weeks later have not received it.I have just received my order 16 September & they offered a full refund for the delay.I was very pleased with their efforts to fulfill my order & I now would like to thank them for their efforts.

Dishonest. Item delivered was not as described - it was much lower quality than the description. When I queried it, they tried to tell me I misinterpreted the description. Responses were out of hours which also makes me think this business is a bit questionable. I would not recommend this MobSpares as they are dishonest.

Don't buy anything from this website, I ordered kids smart watch. It's very cheap quality and the customer support team is pathetic. They would refund my money back. And asking me to pay for return postage. Their watch first of all did not have proper instructions to install app. The instructions are in Chinese. The QR code for watch is incorrect so cannot connect it to the app. Won't even accept sim card. And to top it all English instructions have spelling mistakes. To Register it's written "To regista"
In the watch menu math games are written as "Match games". Pathetic quality. Will never buy from here.

UPDATE: the earphones purchased also had a crack in one of the buds but the seller contacted me and refunded half of the amount paid.
