The cable is great. It is exactly as described. Very good price also. I would give this a 5-Star rating except for the delivery/tracking. The cable cost €49.56 and I paid €32.38 for priority/express delivery. I had to email them 11 days later to find out where my cable was. It was then they told me my item was delayed because of the Chinese New Year holidays, starting on the 29th January. But I had paid for my goods on the 27th January. I didn't get the cable until after the 16th February.Not good enough. I should have been told there was no point in paying for Express Delivery Service because of the holidays!

Poor after sales service. My order was not what I expected and after contacting customer service I felt like i was just pushed to wait for the 30 days return policy to end and then was told to return the item at my cost which would cost more then the items refund. No help,advice or comprise to get a satisfactory result. It’s a shame as the service up to the sale was great

5 days later and my order still hasn't been shipped despite me paying for express delivery.
UPDATE: After this post MobSpares reached out and tried to fix the situation. I do appreciate the refund but I'd much rather just have had my charger sooner. I ended up ordering another charger from Tokopedia which arrived before the one I ordered from MobSpares.
It should be noted that the one I eventually got from MobSpares seems to be both smaller and better quality.

I ordered a battery replacement for my red magic 6r. The delivery was slow but it was to be expected. The product came and in their favor it had all you could need to actually perform the replacement. I did and after some days of testing, the battery capacity is WAY OFF. The battery should have a capacity of 4100maH (per description on their site), while it's actually 3400, which is a huge difference. As you can imagine this didn't improve the battery life of my device at all. Don't buy from these guys
Update: I leave my initial review for full transparency, but after the interaction with their customer service, i feel like i need to give an update, because while the product that arrived was not the one advertised, after a brief conversation with the customer service (that reached out to me after my initial review), a full refund for the product came quickly. Which is not ideal as i spent €30 excluding the battery for its installation, but they did the right thing and it's not a given

Item arrived but did not work. But then they said keep the one that doesn't work. The new one does work because comes with a 10w charger which the first did not have. So with the new charger even the old one works it was just not compatible with original charger oddly. But also they sent 2 extra docks for some reason so maybe I need to send back coz that is too good a service

horrible experience
After a month of waiting and receiving nothing i asked to be reimbursed. It has been three months now, i haven't been reimbursed and i still haven't received my parcel. This is ridiculous. Also i see that the review i left on their website - responding to their automatic survey email - is not online.

As we already discussed in our private conversation and you aware of this.
The order was shipped on time but there were 3 delivery attemts and all failed due to the wrong delivery address.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery address provided by you. After this, the parcel was available for collection from your local post office and we informed you about this, but you did not collect it either.
The package was returned to our warehouse, and we provided full refund including shipping fees.
Return process took longer then 14 days just because we waited for the item to be returned.

The price was right (low). The shipping cost to Canada was reasonable.

I bought a phone with a not working rear camera so I look for a legitimate store online and this store/website is where I ended, at first have hesitations because their product is very cheap, I ordered anyway, they are very responsive in every email I sent them by the way.
