I ordered a case for my tablet and downloaded the shop app which was pointless as the map showed the tablet had been stuck for days near Williamsburg. Although I emailed the mobspares customer service email. I received no reply.
They contacted me through whatsapp. Gave me an update on regards to the delay and the options of whether I wanted to continue with the purchase or receive a full refund. Service was personal and extremely helpful. I didn't see it but hopefully they will add their whatsapp number to the website in case of any future customer queries.

Ordered a fingerprint scanner, on the webpage it said it would take 3-5 days delivery, took weeks and it wouldn't work, sent photos and video proof, they asked me to reset, which I had obviously done many times, and now nearly one month later still no refund or solution. Waste of money and time, terrible customer service. They say there try and respond within 72 hours it's been 6 days since I heard anything. Following placing this review a fewxdays later I was contacted directly and offered a refund, service was excellent, but pity it couldn't have been resolved initially, so I'm going to increase my score from 1 to 3

------ How the problem was solved ------
After few checks unfortunately we found out that a mistake has been made in the warehouse. We offered to the client 2 options.
1. The right item sent ASAP, FREE of CHARGE.
2. FULL REFUND immediately.
The client chose option 2, and we closed the case processing the full refund immediately.

I bought a 15 euros laptop fan from them, it did arrive but did not power up. The return address they initially gave did not exist. I paid with paypal so put in a dispute, after 2 weeks they eventually gave me a return address which was a semi detached house in Ireland. They wont refund postage so there was no point in sending it back as it costs more to send via courier than the item is worth. Dont buy from them as they suck.

I've had trouble receiving a parcel that was sent and I know they may not be in direct correlation to YunExpress Mailservice, however their supportteam was quick to respond to my mail and went the extra mile to help me out find where it was.
Overall competent and team in my personal experience that you may not find everywhere.
WebSite itself may be a little overwhelming at first, however you may find most if not all you need to get your mobiles back working again.
Packaging itself was top-notch.
I ordered a Display which was wrapped in an air cushion that had plenty of thickness to ensure it arrived safely - which it did.
Will most definitely order there again.
On a sidenote, incase you may also struggle with YunExpress tracking just as I did most of the times:
They have their own Tracking website that goes by the name "Yuntrack", if you input their YT TrackingNo.
It will tell you more about their 'Last Mile Transfer' thing and on the bottom of the page you'll find not only details but eventually the last mile's trackingNo. which allows you to check where the parcel is.
