Mod in Japan

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear the spoiler arrived sooner than expected, was packaged securely, and looks great overall. Regarding the original order, it was flagged and declined by our fraud-prevention system. Orders that do not pass this review are canceled as part of our standard security process, and we do not contact customers when an order is suspected of being fraudulent. This policy helps protect both our small business and legitimate customers from unauthorized transactions. Customers are welcome to contact us after a cancellation if they would like more information or assistance placing a new order. We’re also sorry to hear about the small inconsistency in the carbon-fiber finish. Although we are the distributor rather than the manufacturer, we take product-quality feedback seriously and can share those concerns with the manufacturer. We appreciate your business and are glad that, overall, you’re happy with the spoiler.
