I was happy with the outcome, but this is the second time this has happened to me next time I'll have to read the product information that I'm ordering

评价综述
AI 生成Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally find the digital platform extremely easy to use, deeply appreciating the smooth website navigation for browsing items and quickly placing daily orders. Many people also mention that the clothing styles look attractive and the available colors are genuinely fantastic. However, some customers also noted that the sizing charts can be quite confusing and entirely unpredictable for buyers. Some reviewers were not happy with the unusually long delivery times and missing shipping confirmations from the team. Other buyers experienced significant issues regarding poor product quality, stating items frequently do not match online promotional photos.

Website CLAIMS to have a 30 day return policy......
Website states that they have a 30 day Return Policy. Here is the actual policy..... Thank you for expressing your intention to return the item.We are her e to help you with this matter. According to our return policy, customers need to return the unsatisfied goods at their own cost, return need time and cost, we will make you this return easier, To solve the problem, we came up with two solutions. 1. We can offer a 20% refund on this item. You can choose to keep the product and decide what to do with it. You can choose to give it away or even sell it on a second-hand platform. Had I know this I NEVER would have bought something from them
I simply love the look!
I simply love the look. And I'm a girl. The styles, the fabrics are right up my alley! My wardrobe is getting a makeover!
First time buyer
First time buyer. Love the look and style of the Henley shirts. A bit more than I wanted to pay but I’m hoping it’s worth it. Ordering process was easy and efficient.
First time buyer
First time buyer, hope the 2XL are not to big and if good quality and fit will probably buy more and maybe other items from website, being retired I am more into comfortable casual without looking like a bum.
Great shirt!
Easy shopping experience. Great colors to choose from, although more colors would be better! The quality of the shirt is better than expected...it is very cozy feeling and comfortable! Fit as expected.
The coupons do not apply
The products are great; but I received a coupon in another email that showed the actual pants that I purchased with a coupon for 15% off. However, when I purchased your product; the 15% was disallowed because it wasn't applicable to the product I was buying. huh? Also, I spun a wheel and was to receive a 10% discount which never arrived ...So, two different tries and no discount
Very nice clothes

Easy to shop and find what i wanted but product images dont show the clothing from all angles only one angle. Also the credit card charge showed up as a foreign transaction from china which surprised me.
AWESOME

RUN AWAY
RUN AWAY - DO NOT purchase anything from this company!! Ordered two shirts of the same make and style in two different colors both 2XL. Package finally shows up from China. One shirt was the proper size the second shirt of the same make and style but different color was a medium. Contacted customer support, traded some emails and sent pictures to show the issue and then NOTHING. Total ghost move. All I want is the size of shirt that I paid for.

Easy to order and excited to evaluate prompt shipping and quality of merchandise.
My favorite shorts are finally back
I like the style of shorts I bought. They remind me of the most comfortable shorts I had when I was in my 20s. The style disappeared. Then, a few weeks ago, I opened up my emails and there was a email featuring the same style courderoy shorts. I bought 3 pairs today. The ordering experience was just “ok”, due to my size is in between XXL & XXXL and you only get to choose one method for shipping, but no big deal. Just waiting for the order now. I know I gave them 5 stars, which will remain, unless there is an issue upon receiving my order.
