I wanted to buy 2 shirts in 1 order

I wanted to buy 2 shirts in 1 order, but I couldn’t figure that out. So I had to make 2 orders and pay shipping twice

Shopping was easy. Discount codes didn’t work.

Shopping was easy. But when I went to put in the discount code ; it said I couldn’t stack codes. Which I didn’t. No discount was given. I didn’t want to fight the system as it wasn’t user friendly. But excited to try these shorts. They seem decent from the looks. I’ll see how it goes once I get them.

Long delivery time from China

Long delivery time from China, I have a 36 in waist and I couldn't even get their XXL pants on! Refunds are very sketchy.

Love the products

Love the products. good quality. HOWEVER, my first order took almost 3 weeks to receive!!! I hope this next order will be much faster. VERY DISAPPOINTED in shipping time

Online ordering was easy to navigate…

Online ordering was easy to navigate and there were many colors available - however id love to see a Tall option available for these shirts , like most guys from The midwest in their 50s I have brood shoulders and the Tall option gives more room for movement of brood shoulders and developed lats and pectorals. I see that these shirts are made with a little extra room to be a looser fit so I took a chance and purchased a few to see how they fit . Fingers crossed , we will see when they get here .

Purchased 3 shirts

Purchased 3 shirts, they gave you no indication that they would be shipping from China and would take over a month to arrive. When I got them they were too small and since they arrived so late I requested a refund as they say is no problem. First they offered me a 15% refund and keep the product, No I wanted to return them as they claim you can. Then they upped the refund amount to 20%, NO, I wanted to return and get full refund as offered, why would I want to keep something that doesn't fit. They suggested that because their products are so popular that I could sell them online myself. I reluctantly decided I might as well get 20% back, felt it was better than nothing which is where this apparently was heading. Now for the real kicker, BEFORE I COULD GET MY REFUND I NEEDED TO FIRST GIVE A POSITIVE REVIEW OF THEIR PRODUCT AND SERVICE and then send them a screen shot for proof of posting. No way! Do not buy from this company unless you do not mind giving your money away! User's recommendation: Absolutly do not buy!

Avoid! Until Vendor is Proven as Legitimate

Having tried for three weeks to make a purchase but the system won't accept our valid CCs. Tried diff. browsers. No change. No customer service #, terrible administration. Is this vendor real? Update We learn it's also an issue with some shipments from China. In the meantime, we successfully ordered the same items from (another Chinese vendor) and trust all will go seamlessly.

I will let you know when I receive my order, from the photos of the shorts I purchased I could not tell if they had a draw string or belt loops not sure what I’m going to get. I’m also not sure of sizes as far as waist sizes is concerned. I guess I will have to wait and see.

Oh why didn’t I research this online company!! Took a month from ordering to receiving the ordered products WHICH was not what is was presented as. The shirt was described was a distressed Carhart men’s polo. Shirt one was polyester. Shirt two was sooo small ( ordered a XL) and I’m a Carhart wearer. This killer? There is a fake Carhart logo .
