Beautiful pieces, quality is superb…the only wish is once you purchase, usually an offer is made of discounted pieces, I wish that you could see the details of like for instance how long a chain is or another choice of metal and so on. It’s accept or decline, and most people make they’re decisions based on those details, and its a timed offer also, so if you get busy once your main order is confirmed…then oh well. I also wished they would sell their “charms” separate, I have all the sizes of flow earrings, so I don't wish to buy the same size again in hoops just to get the stones to put on my other size flow hoops or my necklaces that allow you to attach the same charms but in another stone.

I ordered some jewelry and set the delivery address to my vacation address thinking it would come within a week. Pleasantly surprised that they pick the stones per item they are making, but then I worried it wouldn’t come in time! I emailed them to please update my shipping back to my billing address and they emailed back in a day confirming they could alter the shipping and it was no problem. Can’t wait to get my items. Edit: Have to use a different personal name as a previous company decided to share my full name on here breaking confidentiality. This is now the THIRD item out of 5 I’m having to send back because the stones used have zero shifts in light, no sparkle just flat grey labradorite and a murky greenish moonstone (first item bought). You may ask why have I kept buying from them? I was given a gift card and refund by Bernadeta for the first item I sent back after the rest of the customer service team didn’t offer any solution or return option. Before this gift card happened I placed another order. I was in hospital, feeling dreadful and had full confidence that this was a one off and Bernadeta’s empathy and generosity spurred me on to buy a moonstone ring, which did turn out to be stunning, and a bracelet which had a main central moonstone that again had zero colour, shift in light or sparkle. I sent the bracelet back and reported the return to klarna. The bracelet was received by the merchant’s warehouse but they refused to refund me as apparently there was a ‘chargeback’ on it. Told me to cancel it and then they would refund me. Spoke to Klarna agent who told me categorically not to close the return and they would contact the merchant. Jelena from customer services was asking me to close the chargeback. I said no Klarna have told me not to close the return. She then wanted screenshots of that conversation. I left it with Klarna and eventually got my refund today. Back to the present. I got my gift card after buying previous bracelet and ring. I did not want it to go to waste so I used it to buy a moodstone bracelet (which is fine) and a labradrorite ring that is 1: same size as previous ring bought but smaller and doesn’t fit 2: the labradorite stone is set off centre, has zero colour shift in artificial light or daylight. It’s basically an ugly grey stone that doesnt fit. Very poor quality gemstones and look absolutely nothing like the website. I’m done with this company. They have put me through an enormous amount of stress over a period of 3 months; at a time when I am extremely poorly and having to go through treatment. My advice is just don’t buy from them. Don’t fall for the glossy website, 5 star reviews and permanent 40% sale. The stones or items are made in India, then shipped to China before they reach you. However, their return warehouse is based in the UK. This is my final review of Moon Stone Magic and I’d recommend looking at the other 1 star reviews before committing to parting with your money
