I didn’t see where to put the discount code into in so I was unable to use the discount code on my purchase I’d also like to say getting a refund is nearly IMPOSSIBLE !!! I would like to return a dress I bought because I don’t like the way it fits and all they’re responding with is a discount towards my next purchase! WHY would I buy something else if I don’t have the option to return something that I don’t like! I will never shop here again! The service is ABSOLUTELY horrible! And I’m STILL waiting for the refund!!

To my surprise, I actually did receive my order in a timely fashion, and the dress did fit, it’s “wearable.” Is it a hundred dollar dress? Probably not (I’d say maybe more the quality you could get for under fifty). This being said, I did request a cancellation within a few hours of purchasing my order, due to the negative reviews. Although this was in their cancellation time frame policy, they did not honor my cancellation. They delayed getting back to me, then offered me a “discount” on future purchases, and then said it was too late to cancel due to them expediting their shipment to me. I would also not trust that if I decided to return my item I’d ever see my money back.
I love the products so that is why I have ordered so much. However, many products are not available even though they are still on the website to purchase. I have 6 items I ordered in March that still have not arrived in May. I keep being told that the stock will be refilled in 5-7 days and then shipped. Still waiting. In communication I am blocked from having my money returned

First time purchase. This is a new site for me as I have never heard about this brand. Found it on goggle as I was searching for a formal dress. Site is pretty easy to use, would love more filter options in the future to help narrow search, i.e. length or sleeve style
The purchasing worked well enough, a little sluggish, but well. I appreciate that you put the size of the model in the photo as it helps choose the size required. That is really efficient. Also the follow up is good if the purchase was not completed. Do you always have the details of those purchasing even if we have not signed in each time as I purchase using Shopify.

Easy to navigate and clothes are appealing, I haven't recieved my items and look forward to them.
The size chart was very difficult to read because it looked as though somehow there was typing of other letters over the description of what measurements of the body. It is difficult to explain, (for instance), if I was looking for waist size it looked like someone typed a variety of letters on top of the word waist, making it very difficult to read.
A very apprezzate hetereogenity in chiese and good style in every dress
Love the fabrics. Love the colors. Love the styles. Love that the prices are affordable. But I wish there was more information in the description, like the length of the sleeves or the pants. And where is the closure on the blouse? Do the pants have a side, front or back zipper? it would be nice to see the back of the items as well.

I placed an order for 2 dresses. They arrived like 2 weeks later separately and horribly packaged . The dresses are well made . But they run small. Trying to get a returned process and it’s been no communication. I sent an email in the 4/5, day after I received my 2nd dress and they finally responded yesterday. That said they don’t offer return postage and asked if I would keep the dress that does not fit and they will give me 40%off next order Not what their policy states .Still trying to communicate with them . They send one message and take 3 days to respond. Customer Service is bad!!There is nothing special about them and because of this experience and possible being out of $220 I would never order from them again . You can get beautiful dresses at more reputable sites with same quality and style . Beware !!
The clothes are made very, very well and Look exactly like the pictures. Trying to get a return or replacement is a little tricky otherwise I would give five stars.
I am fearful this is a non credible site as there are online reviews citing issues. I am hoping this is untrue and I receive the items ordered.

Love the style and selection. Checkout could be more straightforward. If you use ApplePay or similar, it is not clear that you would be able to put in a discount code unless you go the full checkout route first.
