Positive Feedback Regarding Recent Return and Exchange Experience
I am writing to share my appreciation for the positive experience I recently had regarding a return and product exchange.
The dress I initially received was beautiful, but unfortunately, it did not fit properly. I contacted your support team via email to request shipping instructions and a refund, and I received a prompt response within 24 hours.
Your representative, Tina, initially offered to have the dress resized. When I declined that option, she kindly offered to replace the dress with an alternative item of my choice at no additional cost, with Mooyius absorbing the replacement expenses. After a few email exchanges regarding current stock availability, we finalized an alternative selection.
The replacement item was shipped within 48 hours of reaching this decision, and the support team promptly provided a tracking number for verification. I am very satisfied with this final outcome and appreciate your team's efficiency and excellent communication.
Clothes different to pictures and bad returns/refunds
I ordered a 2 piece outfit which arrived and was not only different to the pictures on the website but too small so i asked to send it back. They took a while to reply and after a lot of two and forth they gave me an address in China to send it back to. Not worth it. Bad quality clothes for the prices. At the same time (september) i ordered another dress, paid a good amount for quick delivery only to be told after i paid that it is out of stock likely until the end of November. Not impressed!
I received a beautiful dress from Mooyius today. I misjudged my size and needed to exchange. After contacting customer service I had a very quick response from their team. After a detailed conversation, we were able to solve my problem to great satisfaction. I must say it’s rare to have such good customer service. Scam!!!! Big time Iam asking them i need to return the dress no response the dress is worth$20 they selling it for $112 i saw same and exact dress in temu which is $20 so not biy from this site!!!!

I ordered 2 shirts different sizes. Neither size worked. After NUMEROUS emails back and forth, they will only give me a partial refund and I can keep the shirts. $190 out the window and 2 shirts I can't wear. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The customer service team was excellent,the dress I ordered needed a slight size alteration because it was to big in the hips so when I contacted customer service they responded the next day and even sent me a new dress,they were wonderful and the dresses were very good quality and very well made,good pricing as well.
Received garment, turned out to be too small. Requested an exchange via chat, and was told a larger size would be shipped out. Very easy process, planning to receive new garment by the time needed for an event.
Dealing with these THIEVES is a damn joke. I sent them back a dress, of POOR quality and size. Only upon my insistence they send me a refund after I sent back their product, did they offer me a Partial refund. My bank has been made aware of this, as has, the Better Business Bureau. A general note to the public.....Steer clear of this company!!!!! Their products, their customer service and their billing are intended to SCAM you. I AM NOT HAVING IT!!!!

I ordered the “Embossed Faux Leather MIDI Dress on September 16, 2026 and it was delivered today 9/25/26. I tried it on and was pleased. Looking forward to wearing it to a special event next month. However, with all the negative reviews, I probably will stop here with this dress. This dress is a beauty and I don’t mind posting it, but this will probably be my last purchase.
I would give it less stars if I could! I ordered a dress for a wedding and when it arrived it was cheap material, elastic everywhere and the hem was crooked. When I tried to return it they said they would give me 50% of what I paid for it and could keep the dress! Why would I want a crooked hemmed dress they I can’t wear? I said no, they came back with I’ll give you 80% and you can keep the dress. I said no and that’s when they told me I could get 100% back after I shipped it to China and paid all the shipping costs and they received it and inspected it, they would give me my money back!
This place is such a scam, save yourself some trouble and don’t buy here!!

This is a scam. The products are awful, nothing looks like the photos. They use the cheapest materials. If you need to return it, they ask you to ship it back to China and you pay the full shipping! It is terrible!!!

The time for original shipment was kind of long, but the dress is very pretty. Unfortunately, I need a larger size so they're sending that off which is great, and I don't need to pay to return the M. So, everything is fabulous except the initial shipping time (4-5 weeks?).
DO NOT ORDER from MOOYIUS!
CUSTOMER SERVICE is awful; basically a bot responding to all queries.
They will not refund returns, and make it exceedingly difficulty to return any item without you paying for the postage.
