The experience that I have had with mooyius was extraordinary

The experience that I have had with Mooyius has been quite frankly surprisingly amazing. I received the beautiful outfit I ordered only to find that the pants were too snug around the waist. I reached out and was immediately responded to and action to replace my pants was taken right away. It is unusual to receive this level of service these days and I will order from this company again because of the clothing of course but most importantly I know they stand behind their products. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.

SUCH A SCAM

SUCH A SCAM - do not buy and stay away - all imaged are IA generated and what you get will shock you , it will not look at all like you paid for - when you then ask to return it - as of course no info for return comes with it - you are given a place to send it with no guarantee of funds being returned. i was told the would be refunded but its all lies.

Superb Customer Service!!!

We have ordered multiple items from Mooyius and my wife absolutely loves their products. Great material, custom type fitting, professional look, or sexy look, or both!! We ordered one item recently and unfortunately it fit a little differently form some of the previous items. We contacted customer service and heard back immediately. They are shipping us a different size and asked for some feedback on this fitting so they could fix the issue. You just don't get this type of service these days! Well done Mooyius!

Customer service was amazing. I sent a question late at night but received a quick answer. The clothing options are feminine and affordable. I had a question about exchanging my dress and they addressed the issue. I love this site!

It is a scam

It is a scam, I emailed them twice and still receiving message "Your order in the process. " I t has been a month. When I complete my order the message was as standard deliver within 5-7 day. Please stay away from them.

I was traveling the last two weeks and despite the fact my return timeframe was lapsed, the Customer Service team honored a return due to the item not fitting. I appreciate them working through and finding a solution for me! Top Notch customer service!

Loved the Navy Sleeveless Plunge-Neck Wide-Leg Jumpsuit, but was too small. I wanted to exchange for a medium. It was simple and easy. The customer service chat option was helpful and easy.

I have purchased 8 items so far from Mooyius and I am amazed at the quality of the fabrics. The styles are beautiful. If there’s a hiccup they fix it. One suit was to snug and they sent out another, so now I have two. A jacket was to snug and they sent out another. I’m not quite understanding the negative ratings because my experience is for the most part very positive.

Mooyius-STOP! Don't do it!!!! Run!!! Save your money!!!

I would give them a zero if I could, I ordered a dress at the end of January that I did not receive until the end of March. The dress does not live up to the picture. The shopify service does not back up you up your purchase either. Even the other buy now-pay later firms do not assist you. I will never ever purchase from this firm again. If you are thinking of shopping with this firm stop. Stop now. Save your money and save yourself from a big fat headache. Run!!!! Don't do it. They are dishonest people and they are running a scam. they sell mediocre clothing and does not match the pictures. I am done with their poor customer service and dishonest practices, I have wasted $146-. They refuse to take it back if I don't pay to ship it back to China You have got your last dollar out of me.

🚨fraud alert!!! Mooyius is selling dresses they do NOT have. Several dresses I ordered (originally and as a replacement) were put of stock without any notification. It will take 4-6 weeks to get them shipped. Plan accordingly.

Your return policy stated for defective items sent is not correct.. No customer should have to pay out of pocket to return an item that should have never been sent.
