It is impossible for a single printer model to fully adapt to every type of thermal paper produced worldwide. After reviewing your order history and review records, we found that your evaluation shows obvious traits of professional malicious reviewers who deliberately make unreasonable demands. It is extremely difficult to satisfy such overcritical buyers with unreasonable expectations, and we consider this an unfortunate experience on our end.
