These thermal printers are excellent! They're fast and easy to setup. The app and Editor website and are smooth and very easy to use with a lot of cute template and graphic options. The barcode/QR code creators were perfect and what I needed! I have both a wired thermal label printer and a wireless one, and I love both. Thank you!
Fantastic and fast customer service
Their service definitely warrants a full five stars. Huge thanks to John for all his help with the VAT and cross-border invoice, especially since we're a small business based in the Netherlands. Just a little tip for future improvements – it would be great to have a B2B guest checkout option on the website. It’d really save quite a bit of hassle!

Great Product Highly Recommend

absolutly rubbish dont fall for it
absolutly rubbish dont fall for it , it only works with their own thermal papers and is not mentioned in the details page and they remove all unwanted reviews from their website that is why when you check you feel its great , and you can not return the item as it has to be unused ??? if you dont try how do you know the colour ink doesnt work in a thermal paper ???

Secondly, there are countless types of label papers on the market with different coating and thickness standards. It is impossible for a single printer model to fully adapt to every type of thermal paper produced worldwide. After reviewing your order history and review records, we found that your evaluation shows obvious traits of professional malicious reviewers who deliberately make unreasonable demands. It is extremely difficult to satisfy such overcritical buyers with unreasonable expectations, and we consider this an unfortunate experience on our end. We always strive to offer reliable products and sincere after-sales service for genuine customers with real usage issues, and we remain ready to solve valid technical problems for normal buyers anytime.

Not working
After I have bought and installed the printer, I cannot make it work. I am manually printing all my labels in a regular printing. I cannot talk to a person to help me, just automated responses that go on and on and on
