I haven't played the keyboard yet; still setting it up. My biggest complaint are the instructions; they are quite difficult to interpret. And the holes for attaching the bench seat to the bench frame do not line up at all. But other than that, I am hoping for some wonderful musical experiences!!

Id give zero stars if I could. Recently ordered digital piano which was £380 in the autumn offer. Company took payment then said they would not deliver to my address. I have emailed the company asking for a full refund with no response. Absolutely gutted as this was a gift for my wee girl for christmas.

i was told when i ordered be dlivered in 2 to 7 days immediately got an evri mssg saying evri are expecting it , this was on 2nd of october , i was told delivery between 5th and 9th , evri message has not changed still expecting it , i email customer service and get a response in broken english telling me they will dispatch again , so i ask when will it arrive no response , so then i send another email 12 hours later telling them im doing a one star trust pilot review so here is the one star trust pilot review , i was led to believe the item was in a uk warehouse , false is in china , they cant complete orders in time frame they say and dont even update you with tracking , terrible experience and dont reccomend.

The pedal you sent is not working right. I need a replacement and there should be a number to call to talk to a person. Email is just too long for you to respond. I need a replacement because I could not use the piano at all

I liked the fast delivery of the piano. I was disappointed in the directions as they were not clear and tiny print. I also am confused as to how to use headphones as I have tried two different kinds and they do not fit. I really do enjoy the feel of the piano keys and the sounds is quite lovely
