评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the digital piano is exceptionally well-made, wonderfully easy to assemble, and delivers amazing sound quality at a surprisingly affordable price for all players. Many buyers also express great satisfaction with the fast shipping service and note that the musical instruments arrive securely packed for maximum protection. However, some people mentioned experiencing frustrating technical issues, such as faulty volume controls or broken keys on their newly purchased instruments. A few reviewers also noted unexpected difficulties with complicated assembly steps or missing components required to properly set up their products.

I received my order in just three days
I received my order in just three days! It was well packaged, and when I opened it and checked all the parts, everything was there. It didn't take long to assemble and I was playing in a very short time. The sound is very good, and I am enjoying having a piano again. By the way, I am 80 years old, soon to be 81. I have had a piano most of my life, but the family piano I had needed so much repair, it was less expensive to buy your keyboard. I had considered another brand, but it was more expensive than yours. Thank you for the discount and free shipping!
On-time delivery
On-time delivery, good musical instrument. (Disadvantage: the key does not sound when pressed from a half-pressed position)
Fast shipping and the product was fun…
Fast shipping and the product was fun to set up and use. Thank you!!
Piano looked great and the recipient love it
Piano looked great and the recipient loved it, however the power cord was missing, so she had to go out to buy one. Not a big expense gut it delayed her a few days from using it.
Raised Keys
Some keys are raised and there are multiple keys that don’t work at all.
Practice makes perfect
It’s been many years since I sold my spinet piano so I am more than a little rusty. I have plenty of time to practice. I am almost 80yesrs old but very anxious to be playing again.
customer service excellence
Purchased a piano and it was delivered Promptly as advertised. Unfortunately it was defective and needed replacing. The customer service handled it without difficulty and the piano works great!
Delivery Issue
I sent an email to Mustarmusic telling the team that I could not find my package at my place, and the photo shown in the FedEx tracking system was not even my place. However, I received a response by a staff telling me the package was delivered with a screenshot of the FedEx tracking system...

I purchased the Mu-Star digital piano, was delivered today, assembled the stand, turned the piano on,and sadly not all keys work when pressing. In fact,3 of the keys do not work at all(D#,F,F# all in 5th octave). So what do I do now?I would only want to return the keyboard itself and get a replacement. It has 1-year guarantee. Is it even possible? Can you please advise?
Piano feels like the real thing!
It got here soon and felt like the real piano! Weighted keys with amazing sound!
Sound is great
Sound is great, it looks and feels great, but speaker doesn’t always work
Review
The keyboard doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it is fantastic for the price! It comes with a lot of sounds and the keys feel very nice, and it also comes with the pedal. The instructions to set up the stand has only pictures, but it's not too hard to figure out.
I love this keyboard
I love this keyboard ! It’s been so fun to learn on, it’s really high quality for the price. Comes with everything you need besides a stool
Great for the beginner indeed
Great for the beginner indeed! Easy and simple for my daughter who is learning.
I received the piano yesterday but have…
I received the piano yesterday but have to return it. The action on the keys is unacceptable and I'm used to my Roland RD700 NX stage piano which I chose to supplement with this one as a practice piece for my sailing yacht. It's a great piano, but for a beginner; I've played since 1957 (yes). How do I return it in original box and packing?
The piano you send to me was a use one…
The piano you send to me was a use one someone returned and then you send it to me so did not like it the facts that was open the box by someone else.
