Love my keyboard

Love my keyboard. Shipped fast

Birthday gift for 9 year old boy

It arrived in a most expedient manner. Assembly went well. My grandson loves it! Thank you.

Disappointed in Customer Service

The keyboard itself is great. The music support will not fit in the holes, and therefore not useable. I’m been informed that part cannot be replaced without getting a replacement order. I no longer have the keyboard packaging, so no materials to repackage and return. No other resolution has been offered.

Bought the 88 weighted key digital piano for my daughter’s birthday and she loves it! The shipping was fast!!!

Beautiful digital keyboard

I’m very happy with my keyboard

I’m very happy with my keyboard, it’s just what I was looking for. I am a beginner and this is what I needed Thanks!

Beautiful piece!

The keyboard arrived quickly within a few days. It was well packed and secured. When I couldn’t figure out where to plug in the headphones I bought for it, I emailed Mustar. They got back to me within hours and solved the problem immediately! I love this instrument! It sounds just like a piano. The feel of the keys is perfect. The pedal works just as it should when playing. The body is made of wood and has a gorgeous finish. Overall, I am just so very pleased with my purchase and recommend this company to everyone!

Pleased with my selection and purchase.

Great for the price

The Mustar Mdp1200 is exactly what my…

The Mustar Mdp1200 is exactly what my wife wanted. Took a few tries to learn the transpose function but everything else went very smoothly. We has 3 or 4 of the Casio and other brand keyboard but this looks, sounds and feels like regular piano.

I received my piano yesterday

I received my piano yesterday. It is made of wood which I do like, a full size keyboard.. It was packed very nicely, but I do have a little dent in the music holder. It arrived on time. The stand, to start with was a bit confusing, but if you go on YouTube you can see exactly how it works very easy. 😁

Love the 88 keys sounds good

My Mustar 1200 piano experience

I ordered the 1200 Mustar piano. When it arrived I discovered a piece that was not functional. I reached out to Mustar. They sent a Fedx return label and refunded me immediately when they received it. How awesome is that??? Excellent Service ladies and gentlemen!!! What would make me a repeat customer is an online tutorial on how to navigate the 1300 piano. The YouTube customer reviews descriptions are not detailed enough. I'm a baby boomer and need more detailed instructions.

Faulty piano

I recently purchased the MEP-1400 88 key electric keyboard. I received it and just a couple days after purchase it stopped working. I only played it couple times before the piano would no longer turn on despite being plugged in. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it is no longer working for me. Too expensive to just randomly break like that.

Positive experience all around

Their website was user-friendly, product descriptions seemed accurate and were consistent with other products and reviews, the paint process was smooth, but most importantly the product arrived in a timely manner and is just what we wanted.

It is a gif

It is a gif, so until the person I purchased this item for receives it and I hear from her, I can’t answer questions.

Solid Deal

This is a solid deal for beginner to intermediate players who want to have fun with their kid and or explore their own style. I love that there’s a ton of sounds to choose from and they don’t sound cheesy or badly distorted. The keys are weighted so it doesn’t have that plastic click or clunk. It comes with a stand and a pedal. And best of all it is compatible with Bluetooth so you can play around with other devices like your laptop. I’m very happy with my purchase for sure! Already made a couple of bops with my kiddo!

On and off light too bright.

On and off ligh too, too bright, I had to pot some tape to cover it. Rhythm too, too loud, imposible to use. In addition it has only one rhythm, that’s it. The sound, some times sounds like banging on a cheap metal. The first impression of the unit is cheap.
