I'm always so pleased with every item I've purchased. My last purchase was the fleece blanket with my sweet dog's face. Not only is it adorable but it's soft and warm and nice quality. I'll treasure it for many years.

Very reliable. I was 50/50 purchasing from a website that had never purchased from before due to scamming etc. I received my order exactly when it said it would arrive and the quality and material is unreal and the pictures are not blurry at all. The sizes are correct.. my Shop app informed me that it was delivered elsewhere but came to my house that was the only confusion so I did send an email about this and I was helped straight away. No complaints whatsoever. I will definitely be ordering again. Amazing birthday or Christmas ideas or just a gag gift. Love them. Thank you so much.

Poor customer service with faulty items
Product took a while to arrive but when it did, was happy with it. Sadly after the first wash, a hole appeared in the seam on top of the toes. Contacted customer services whoch reaponded quickly but wouldn't replace or refund. For the cost, I wouldn't expected a hole to happen so quickly so don't think they use qood quality socks. Would not recommend and would use a different company that sells similar.

Oh no, I ordered the wrong size!
The day after I submitted my order I realised I had ordered the wrong size so I sent a message asking if it was too late to change it. Sara was so helpful and got it sorted out really quickly, I can’t wait to see how it turns out but so far I’m really impressed with their customer service:)

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service, great quality of product, packaged well and delivered quickly despite coming all the way from China. The communication was first class and I liked the ability to track the delivery. This was a large order for a stag do. Very pleased and would highly recommend!
