Ordered 1st January, nothing received until 'There is a customs charge' notice on May 4th - so FOUR MONTHS later, and the customs charge is almost as much as the original order

Don't buy!!!
Don't buy!!! I ordered a custom jigsaw and waited about a month for it, chased it several times and never got a clear answer. Tracking did mot work and was the delivered to a neighbours address instead of my own even though there has been people in my house constantly. Now it has finally arrived the quality is poor, no picture to show what the finished puzzle should look like (goodluck to the one who has to put it together👍) also there are big chuncks still stuck (and I mean really stuck) together that I have had to pull apart. Terrible don't waste your money!

AVOID
AVOID. Ordered mine weeks ago and still hasn’t arrived, and when I track it, it doesn’t give any information about where it is or any updates. I’ve emailed multiple times and they keep just saying it’s on the way, and have since started to ignore me. I don’t expect to get my order at this stage, I’m so disappointed and I’ll continue to kick up a fuss and leave reviews everywhere until they finally reply.

Ordered in the 20th April for my husbands birthday today and still not arrived. I have emailed and no response I have tried to track which is pointless as does not give you any information Was so gutted and totally disappointed as these presents were a big part of his present
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. Ordered a jigsaw and paid for express delivery. Nearly 4 weeks on and I’m still without the jigsaw and they won’t let me cancel the order and get a refund. Their communication is terrible and lack empathy. I’ve now had to involve the police as they won’t let me have my money back.
Don’t even bother
I ordered a blanket for my girlfriend in February. Their website says it takes 3-5 days to make it took over 2 weeks to arrive. Once It arrived it was the wrong size blanket. After a week of trying to get ahold of someone they agreed to send me the right blanket for no extra cost. I received the second blanket and it was still wrong. I demanded my money back and they only wanted to give me 20% back which is NOTHING. They finally offered to pay me back but not the £15 shipping and they have to take £9 for the material of the two blankets they did send. I’m cutting my losses and taking this. I would not recommend you buying ANYTHING from them. This is a complete scam. My girlfriends birthday was over a month and a half ago. And I’m now just getting my money back... Update: I’m now being emailed again by another employee and being asked to take down this review. They have now offered me £9, £12, and now the £15 shipping and £9 for the other two blankets as compensation if I take down this review. I think it’s pathetic that I had to write one review and now I’m being offered my full refund. I don’t care about the money at this point. I feel like I’m being bribed to forget what happened, but I hope this will provide enough proof that you should not buy anything from this company. And if you still don’t believe me I have over 30 emails to provide as proof.
Extremely poor quality
Extremely poor quality - avoid, avoid, avoid! Photo prints well but socks are made from cheap material that doesn’t stretch and therefore can’t be worn. Emailed to complain but responses from Sara are pathetic. Don’t order, save your money!
Scam site
Ordered early December for Xmas and never received the item. The track delivery eventually said they had delivered on 6th Jan but they hadn't. Still not received nor expect too and it's now February!

I ordered my Secret Santa present on…
I ordered my Secret Santa present on 10th December and paid for express delivery (double the price) for it to arrive 17 days later, without apology, and now they're refusing to refund the shipping fee. APPALLING SERVICE.
Avoid at all cost. Chinese .co.uk website
Ordered 1st Dec, going by guidelines on site that socks are produced in a day and then despatched. Production times may vary due to high demand. .Co.Uk address leading you to believe they are a U.K. Company. Socks finally despatched 16th Dec from China! Tracking link did not work and had to actually go to web and check manually. Received 24th December. Too late for my requirements. One pair were great. One pair wording was half off the sock. Last pair the socks were so dark you could not see the wording. Cannot even be bothered to try and get my money back as they are true scammers. Lesson learnt. Reporting to standards agency instead. Also if you google the reviews it always takes you to the poor site of facesocks.com who are being screwed over by these guys. Their site is getting all the horrendous feedback from the terrible service these scammers are providing.

Ditto to the below. Should have found and read reviews. Company is a lie and doesn't even produce goods. Started getting lots of junk mail on my email too. I can't call company and they aren't responding to my messages. AVOID.

company should be shut down
I’m so annoyed I didn’t hit the reviews… I’m so annoyed I didn’t hit the reviews page before ordering, disgusting I haven’t even had a response ordered 11th December no confirmation of it even being shipped. I ordered from the UK website so not really sure why this is an issue!! I sent a complaint response on 17th should of had a response 24-48 hours later but received nothing, they do not even have the audacity to let someone know what’s happen after taken money from my account and charging extortionate postage fees to be delivered way after Christmas. I am so beyond angry and will be looking to get this website and company shut down

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. I placed an order on 8th December and 18 days later it still hasn’t even been dispatched. Avoid at all costs.

Never received my socks
I ordered two pair of socks as a present and I never got them. When I contacted the store I was told that the item was delivered and they provided me with a tracking number. I checked with local post office and was told it's not them who delivered the parcel. I tried to contact the store couple more times regarding this issue but they told me it show's them the item was delivered and there is nothing they can do for me. So now I have no socks and no money refund. Also they mentioned that I didn't purchase the shipping insurance (even thou I was not offered one) and according to their policy they're not responsible for this lost (refund or replacement). So I highly recommend not to purchase anything from this website as you'll spend money but never receive your order.
