Crap service orders 2 get one free when my receipt came though only the 2 I paid for contacted customer service did not want to no they even sent a email saying my order was on hold till it had been sorted but apparently when you ask for a refund there already on there way to me
I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews but they did a great job on a personalised shower curtain. The print is great!!! They did what I couldn’t find anywhere in the UK to do! It took 3wks for them to make and deliver and I think that’s good going seens it’s from Hong Kong... it would of been a 5 if the material was a little bit thicker but I’m really pleased.
Ordered customised pants as a novelty gift for Christmas and ensured express delivery (quickest option) so that they would arrive on time. (stated 5-10 working days for this). As of 04/12 they are still not here it has now been 11 working days (ordered 19/11) and worried they will miss the date I am exchanging them. Despite saying I can track the parcel this option is not available to me. Complete let down and wouldn't recommend solely based on delivery times. *** UPDATE: now seen other reviews and will be raising a dispute with my credit card company as believe have been scammed.
Dreadful! They're not socks at all and the images are shocking. Complete wast of money and horrible customer service! Do not waste your money. Even got offered a full refund only after they tried to negotiate a percentage twice. Standing by the choice to leave an honest review and not take the refund. If the customer service was good in the first place they wouldn't need to bribe me to take this down.
I ordered some socks for a present. I contacted customer services to say that I needed them by a certain date as they were a present. The team were so helpful and made sure my delivery arrived on time. The socks look great, just what I hoped. Really good quality too. Thank you!
False advertising. Wanted to place an order as on their ad it appears that they have 4.8 stars. However, following research, the average seems around 1.5 stars. In addition, they are quoting 70% off their usual price which appears to be £55!!!! for a pair a personalised socks?!?! All seems rather fishy - stay away.

i ordered a personalised photo jigsaw for my daughter and son-in-law who are both business people stuck in doors during the pandemic. this rubbish arrived in a tupperware box, no picture on the front, no explanation. i explained it was a picture of them, even forwarded them the picture that the jigsaw should have been. the colours were completely wrong, the jigsaw was cut so badly, that each piece fitted into each other and i wrote back to Myfacesocksuk complaining. after weeks, a Vivien offered me 10% off, i said i dont want 10% off. this is faulty - it doesnt work, it is fit for the rubbish bin i demand a refund in full. weeks went on and he offered 15% and then nothing...... i have been so cheated and robbed of almost £30 for this complete rubbish. i sent it back to their Hong Kong base as he said i could not return it anywhere in the uk, though its a uk based company allegedly, and many months the item has just been dispatched back to me with no explanation - nothing. appauling and NOW i see so many other appauling reviews.
I ordered three pairs of custom socks on March 27. We still haven’t received anythIng. I have emailed several times. There is nowhere to leave a complaint and to ask for refund. I kick myself because I never seen all the bad reviews similar to this, late or not delivered items seems like a normal issue. Do not order!
Ordered for a friends birthday, chose the ‘VIP’ package so it would arrive in time. Said 3-5 days and I paid an absurd £16 for delivery. Kicking myself for not choosing normal delivery. No order received over 2 weeks later. Emailed twice, tried on Instagram too, making me think it’s a scam. A complete waste of money, and don’t know if I’ll ever get a response.
Made an order on the 5th Feb 2020. 18th May 2020 Still getting the run around Told me three times my home address is wrong. The tracking number is fake asked twice for a refund and been ignored. I think its time this company is closed down and the fake positive reviews are removed. Trading standards where are you when the uk needs you to shut this rubbish down
