DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! If I could give them a minus, trust me I would. The WORST customer service on the planet. I order a Valentine’s Day gift on 2nd February and paid an extra £15 for shipping to guarantee that it came in time. Emailed for an update and was told there was also a 3-5 day production time on top of the 3-5 day delivery - this wasn’t mentioned before. I emailed again a few days later and was told it hadn’t even entered production so was NEVER going to reach me in time!!! I requested a refund because they had lied and even gone again their own policy. Then received an email to confirm my order had been suspended but no mention of my refund. Finally got a reply back from my email sent 2 weeks ago and was told my order was finished so I was not entitled to any refund. Does that make any sense? I have made a formal complaint again them. NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM, WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT PRODUCTION TIME, THEY DIDN'T START PRODUCTION IN THE 3-5 DAY WINDOW THEY GAVE ME, THE COMPANY IS BASED IN CHINA NOT THE UK SO WAS NEVER GOING TO ARRIVE IN TIME, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIARS AND THIEVES!!!!
**EDIT** the socks have finally turned up ordered on 14th December and delivered on 24th February. If you want speedy service this is not the company for you.
Customer services have sent a refund to compensate for the delay.
Don't be fooled. It's a UK website but product is made and shipped from GUANGZHOU, CHINA!
Paid £8 express delivery, missed the intended b-day (purchased 14.01) and still aint arrived.
Easy to blame COVID but really it's just a shambles of an operation.

I didnt even want to give the one star!! i ordered back in november and still havent had my order! on asking for a refund they said no! then they said they wanted to re send my package but i needed to pay a further 13 pound!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!
Orderedboxers on 12th January - they arrived 26th- a big wait I’d say!
My biggest gripe is that I ordered the M-33”( he is a 32” waist) narrow hips and very slim thighs-thought they’d be perfect.
But no- they are soo tight on his leg as and bum he can’t wear them!!
Contacted company and explained. They say customers choose sizing from their size guide- I haven’t found a size guide- only the s,m,l in the Dropbox! They can’t replace free!!!
I’m not happy atall that these took so long to arrive , plus hiw expensive they are but worse is that he can’t even use them!

I ordered my item in November 2020, and I still haven’t received it. I have emailed customer services several times. Each time the response is the same; the item has been shipped and responsibility lies with the courier company and not them. My requests for a refund have been ignored.

This aren't socks these are some kind of tube with stretchy nylon fabric, with really really poor quality printing on it, small faces of a friends dog,no definition, unwearable , and the box.... classic Chinese writing without making any sense..... as many others I thought this was UK based, absolute SCAM!

Good quality product and washes with no issues. Delivery took around 12 days but was ordered at busy time and with lockdown, I was kept informed of order status with emails.
Item never arrived and they refuse to take responsibility for it. Bad communication and excuses are all I have gotten from "Customer Care".
There are many services like this available so I would avoid this company at all costs and find another.
Do not buy from here! It’s dispatched from China and takes forever. Customer service was fine but just kept blaming covid! It’s a month now since I ordered.
My face socks UK, the only good thing was that it arrived speedily.
If you want a pair of socks to be actually functionable don't buy them from here! They are good for a fun novelty gift, but they're just a straight bit of fabric so you can't actually probably get them on.
They also feel like they're made out of compression stocking material, so maybe good for your grandparent.
I've written for a refund so here's hoping.

Didn't know it was an international company until a week passed and I requested an update. Ridiculously deceiving!
Do not use items never arrived on my bill the free pair was not added contacted customer service and they did not want to no tried to get my money back but they said item was delivered to my house but package never been found
