This company is a sham
This company is a sham, ordered shirt for a 30th birthday, shirt came and was massively out of proportion from size in their sizing chart. Their explanation " sometimes there is a little deviation from the size ordered" Unbelievable excuse for them sending the wrong size. Unwilling to accept an error on their part for sending an XXL instead of a large. Do not order from this company. Bunch of cowboys.

A UK website not based in the UK
A UK website not based in the UK. Paid for vip priority. Three weeks later still no sign of my order. To then find out products come from China. A week in asked to cancel my order to then be told I would only get 50% of my payment back. This was a gift and the occasion has long passed. No mention when ordering you will be waiting a ridiculously long time. Avoid at all costs!!

I had an apron made up for my friends birthday with his face and his favourite celeb. It was so easy to submit a photo and myfacesocksuk did the rest. When it arrived it was perfect. He was overjoyed when we gave it to him, and said it was one of the best things he’d ever received. To be fair he says that about anything you give him, however I think he meant that time. Thanks so much!

The site looks great, products look great, lovely idea for a birthday or christmas gift. However I ordered a pair of personalised pet socks which took a few weeks to arrive. I open the package and you cannot even see my dog on them?! Cropped out the wrong section of the photo and after filing a complaint with the customer service team stating each issue, I get an incredibly slow response completely ignoring anything I said and simply told me what material they're made from and that she assures me they're comfortable!! With no customer service phone number to contact how do you expect to reach a resolution if your CS team do not even read the query properly? So disappointed with this company and am now unable to give the gift for an upcoming birthday. I want to be contacted and a resolution made.

Lily provided great customer service when I encountered an issue. I paid extra for VIP service which I would say dont do as didn't seem to make a difference with delivery. Product was OK, not best looking quality, bit scratched and faded and no instructions.

A lovely gift following a Berevement
My dear friend lost her cat so I thought a fusion would be a lovely comfort for her. I sent a picture of the cat in a sitting pose expecting a profile image cushion. Unfortunately I got a very ballooned up face. As there was no option to select the type of image format. However I mentioned this in a follow up email, they appreciated the feedback and supplied me with the desired cushion format. She was over the moon with her gifts!
Waste Of Time - Disgusting Company
Ordered my boxers over a month ago, still not arrived! I even paid for VIP priority on my order! I'm reading they are extremely expensive for the quality you receive so not looking forward to when/if they do arrive. Shipping and production times on their website are a complete lie. I've emailed customer service a few times and have no response. Wouldn't recommend, don't waste your time or hard earned cash, disgusting to scam people at a time like this!

Report this website to trading standards!!! as it is a complete scam and May hopefully be shut down and nobody else will be scammed by them. False information on delivery time on their website. Cheap quality. Item does not even arrive. Can’t get in contact with anyone. The more people who report it the more likely it will be shut down.

What a total waste of money
What a total waste of money! I ordered socks for my husbands birthday. They took ages to arrive and are the worst looking things ever. You couldn't even call them socks. There is zero shape to them, they look like tubes and are such low quality. I will most definitely never be spending my hard earned money on anything from this company again. Terrible.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!!!! I purchased a pair of boxers on the 14th of January for Valentine’s Day and it is now the 25th of febuary and I haven’t recieved anything. They do not tell u there is a 4-6 day processing wait before then getting a 10-14 day wait for it to be shipped then when it had exceeded that they blame it on covid as that’s the easiest thing to blame it on right now when it’s just their shocking service. I have emailed back and fourth and been ignored multiple times to then being told I could have 10% refund for a gesture of good will which would be £2 back after I paid £8 postage and £22 for the boxers. They are a massive scam and are scamming people out of their money. Your wasting your time if u buy from them unless you want to be scammed. Wish I checked this website before ordering.
Horrible service
Horrible service. I was waiting more than a month for it to arrive, and I never received it. Tracking information says it was delivered, but I have asked all neighbours and it wasn’t. Wrote to customer service numerous times and never received a reply
