This company sucks. My order was promised by Christmas. I paid extra money for vip service. Its January 9th. No order recieved. No one answers the phone number listed. Just recordings. No return calls. Money of course was taken out of my account the same day of order. Dont waste your time or money!!!!
SCAMMING, LYING COMPANY. I asked for my money back and they are refusing! I have no product, fake tracking numbers and am being TOLD to wait...it’s been over three weeks! I ordered almost one month ago!
Absolute rip off. Quality is poor and material is thin. Feels cheap and STINKS of chemicals. Paid a lot of money for socks that looks awful and picture is not visible and a pair of pj pants that are size large that look child size. Company will not offer a refund or anything -basically told me sucks for me. Don’t waste your money.
ZERO STARS. Ordered on 12/10 and paid $19.99 for dhl express shipping 1-3 days. Well it’s 4 days past Christmas and they still haven’t arrived. The tracking number provided was invalid. I emailed and asked for the correct tracking number and was given a USPS tracking number! I asked several time for a refund and have been ignored each time. I’m filing a fraud claim with my bank. There are plenty of these sock companies. DONT USE THIS ONE.
Exactly what you’d expect from a Chinese rip off company. I ordered these pajamas for my wife and paid extra for “VIP” handling and shipping assuring my gift would arrive before Christmas. My order is still sitting in China with no update or information. I should have known better and this is exactly why we don’t do ANYTHING with China. Thieves, Liars, and Cheats.
Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT order from here! I ordered a pair of socks that are “made in the usa” on to discover after the fact and several emails regarding shipping that upon receiving a tracking number that they were coming from china!!! This was the response when questioned “ Our headquarters is located in the US, with the sorting center in New Jersey, and Europe. Our factory and artisans are in China” just plain ridiculous and I can’t get a refund!
Total scam! do not order from this company. Lost package, not reimboursement, not even ansering emails nor phone. Big scam.
For a place that specializes in socks, their socks are awful! I ordered the only men's size socks they have (men's 9-13). My husband is 11.5. He can't get them past his ankle. There is very little stretch. My sister wears a size 7 and they hardly even fit her! The socks are just one long tube with no heel. Customer service is absolutely awful. I've asked several times for at least a partial refund, sent a picture, measured the socks at the request of the rep, and I get a canned response every time that doesn't answer my question. Their website says satisfaction guaranteed, but it is absolutely not! The printing was great, but the product was not wearable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
So, the company is actually operating illegally since they claim their products are "printed in the USA," but their products are actually coming from China as per the shipping notification I received. I also looked up their address, and it is a storage locker in NY; so, this seems to be their way of "claiming" to be from the US, but it is obviously not. They also claim to have a CHRISTMAS DELIVERY GUARUNTEE, but it is completely false seeing as how deliveries from China take months - a strategy to get business. Search online: government tips FTC advice 'complying-made-usa-standard', this outlines the laws from the FTC stating a company cannot legally state their products are from the USA if they are not. There is also a number you can call to report them which I have already done: 1-800-ITS-FAKE Lastly, reviews on a ecommerce website will always be positive because they use Shopify, and on Shopify, you can actually approve and disapprove any reviews that get put up. They are not listed on google for a reason because you CANNOT do this with google reviews. Really wish I did not waste $100 on this company to realize my package will most likely never arrive. Will be opening a case with the FTC and BBB about them, and I suggest you avoid the fake reviews they have put up (look at the dates and how they are back to back) and do the same.
Photo of my dog I sent was printed on the socks so dark you could barely even see the face. Even worse, only one side of the socks was what I ordered. The back of them was a different color/design with a random cat's face. Edit: changed to 4 stars because customer service was responsive/helpful and sent me a replacement in time for Christmas!
I loved the socks. My dad loved the socks. The only thing that I didn't like was not being able to see a preview of what they were going to look like. I was nervous until they came in that the picture wasn't good enough and maybe I should of used another picture. So if you could add a preview somehow that would be great!
My socks came to me really early and made me very happy and they look amazing!
After several emails back and forth which ended with, "with confirmation of this email, your money will be refunded". Their customer service rep Jiya stated that I would only receive my refund if I removed my review stating that they falsely advertise about being out of the US. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. If you look up their address, they are not listed as a company at the business center. And they only email me in the middle of the night. I am convinced they are a scam. I've reported them to the BBB with my email documentation attached. I advise you do the same if you've made issues with them as well.
I received an "apology letter" claiming their American company is malfunctioning so my socks would be shipped from China. I began a Google search and realized this is their MO. When I asked for a refund, they offered 10% back and that was it. I don't expect to receive anything soon.
SCAM COMPANY. I ordered socks for mothers day in MAY and never got them but they did take my money. I should have done my research. Bad move on my part. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They will send you FAKE tracking numbers and you will never get your product. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
Oh my god why didn't I do my research before I ordered from this company. They are a total SCAM company. I thought I was buying Australian made but when my hubby asked me what I'd bought in Hong Kong I had a sinking feeling. I made a last minute fathers day purchase and paid over $130 for 2 pairs of socks and a pair of pants plus to get them quickly I paid for VIP service and express postage. Not only did they not arrive for 16 days, therefore missing fathers day, but the socks are completely unwearable as there shape of the socks is completely flat, more like arm warmers than socks. When you wear them because they are flat there is not enough material in the heel area which means the material gathers on the top of your foot. You would have blisters within an hour of wearing them. PLEASE DON"T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. When I complained firstly about about paying for express delivery and not getting it, and then about the quality and weird shape of the socks I was fobbed off with a ridiculous offer of 10% of the socks price so $6 in total. An absolute joke. I don't normally leave feedback like this and I wish I could leave feedback on their website to warn others off wasting their money.
I ordered my husbands fathers day gift in mid may. I have yet to receive item. I asked months ago for a refund and they pretty much refuse to give one and tell me to keep waiting and they will refund the shipping cost once item has arrived. The tracking is now expired. I have emailed them again but honestly i am not hopeful.

Looks like I fell for the URL too...THIS IS A CHINESE KNOCK OFF. Notice the "my" in the URL versus the legitimate site. They made an easy $25 off each person they scam. Go to a different company. Great idea. Horrible execution. Comes from China. Did not send me a proof. I emailed and requested a proof three times. Got the socks. Hated them. Requested a refund. I emailed them again three times--once in Chinese--and they just keep sending me the same copy and paste response... The product is cheap and awful. You can't even wear it. I ordered a pair of black socks...and it's just white with black ink on it..but when you wear it, you can see the white fabric showing...
It looks like I fell for this too. Ordered on July 1st and still haven’t received package. It was supposed to be a surprise for my friends 40th bday. Paid extra for VIP service PLUS $20 for express 1-2 day shipping. I emailed customer service three times and someone named Demi keeps responding telling me to be patient, while completely mitigating the fact that I’ve asked for a refund since they couldn’t deliver in time. NOW I’m getting my lawyer involved and am going to be calling in press. I work in the entertainment industry and let me tell you, this terrible company has messed with the wrong woman.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I wish I could leave zero stars. Ordering from this company has been the worse online shopping experience I have ever had. NO communication - total lies if you do get someone to write an email, which is probably not gonna happen aside from a generic automated response(Ive only gotten one despite MULTIPLE EMAILS) - I have pretty much had to write off my order and accept the fact this company has STOLEN my money, refuses to provide goods paid for, contact or communicate in ANY meaningful manner. I have never left a review like this before but its frustrating to be out of the 200 bucks I spent - Im a reasonable guy and was initially willing to work with them and be understanding - things are crazy for everyone these days, hell, I actually even tipped these guys at check out - I feel like a complete moron for letting them rip me off the way they have.
