Again this is very disappointing the post office mail carrier does NOT have my package. With my "tracking numbers" y'all have given me are misleading and incorrect. It says that my package was sent to the carrier on May 5th! We are about to head into July this is ridiculous! I have reported your company as a fake. This is horrible that " My FaceSocks" is a scam you have now officially royally ruined my anniversary. I hope y'all have happy with your fake services. Y'all are horrible human beings.
I ordered a blanket on August 22nd and have yet to receive it. I've spent the last month fighting to get my money back. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal and have opened a case through them. Hopefully, they will realize this was a scam and refund my money soon.
I ordered a pair of custom socks over a month ago and have not received them. The money was taken out right away and the charge says it is from Hong Kong. I reached out to customer service multiple times but they only respond with an automated message. I had to report the charge to my credit card company. They are an absolute scam and the site should be taken down. Do not buy anything from them.
My daughters ordered socks for gifts. They are very poor quality and are not worth the price. We waited over 3 months to get them, even though the order stated we should get them in 8-10 days. I had contacted them after a few weeks and just got an automated response. I contacted them again after a couple months, which is probably when they actually made them and sent them out.
They are made in China and shipped from China. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
COMPLETE SCAM! This company is not legitimate. Their shipping address says they're in the UK but the charge on my account says it's from Hong Kong.
I ordered a custom blanket on May 1, 2020 and received an email on May5, 2020 informing me that my order "shipped". The strange tracking number website said my tracking number was not found. I sent their "support" an email asking about my order since I wanted this for Mother's Day and they said it would take 7-15 business days to receive it... Well... It is now May 28, 2020 and I have not received my order.
Don't believe their fake reviews on their website. If they were real, they would provide links to them. Anyone can type in text and say a review was from FB or IG. Check out their FB page. It's filled with angry reactions and comments about this company. Don't waste your money on them!
If you want terrible service and an awful product, look no further, myfacesocks is for you. I've been in communication with this company about the delay in my product. The website clearly states socks are processed in 1 business day and delivered in 5-7 business days. I spent the extra VIP processing fee to get it processed sooner than 1 business day, and for expedited shipping for 3 pairs of socks on April 30. I received them nearly a month later on May 26. Each pair came in with one sock that was at least centered for imaging, but the other sock of each pair the message was not fully visible and the message does not wrap around the sock, it ends at the fold, so you can't see the full message. The company is offering me a 20% refund and the VIP processing fee. I gave them 2 options, send me a pre-postaged return so I could receive a full refund or 50% off the socks with a refund of my expedited shipping and VIP fee and they won't do either. They're only willing to offer me 20% and VIP fee.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Scam. Placed order in early April, tracking number provided shows USPS still awaiting shipment over a month later. Multiple emails to customer service and no response or assistance. Reporting as a fraud.
My 1 star rating is way too generous!!! I placed an order on April 30 and have not received my order. They took my money and sent me an email stating it WAS shipped. However, tracking # proves otherwise. I have emailed them a few times and also contacted them via Facebook messenger. I have filed report with my CC company and am ordering from another company. I should have researched MYFACESOCKS.COM more thoroughly before I placed my order. Lesson learned the hard way! BUYER BEWARE!
Took money. 2 weeks later they provided USPS shipping confirmation number. 2 additional weeks later tracking number doesn't show any progress. Emailed "company" with no response. Contacted USPS who said the shipping confirmation numbers provided were not real. That's when I googled if this is a scam website and it is. I've filed a scam report with my bank.
I was shocked (should not have been) to see this was an over sees operation. my payment was processed in Hong Kong and details about the tracking is not available. I paid extra for the "Vip" and Shipping. The Parent company is CustomGifts.com . not sure if this matters to you reading this however, when you pay for something with a 1-3 shipping at extra cost and it doesn't arrive. that leads to questions and an unhappy husband.
We ordered over a week ago and paid extra for 1-3 day shipping. Here we are with no updates from the customer service or USPS. Package has not moved since 5/3/2020. Company has refused to answer us or provide us with a refund. Absolutely disgrace of a company!!!

Absolute scam, ordered in March and now nearly end of April and all we have received from their so-called customer service is BS and lies.
The website is myfacesocks.com.au and it shows “Made in Australia” logos and text all over the site.
But the truth is the Company is in Guangzhou, CHINA and the product never actually ships. They just take you money.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
ordered a month ago, no progress or update, 17 emails back and forth from generic response, no actual conclusion or info! paid 45 in US dollars!!!!! scam!

Should be Zero Stars; they stole my money and ai am struggling to get it back. I have reported this company to the Federal Trade Commission. They are scam company trying to capitalize off FaceSocks which is a good company. MY FaceSocks; MyFaceSocks.com or .au is not a good company and is just taking peoples money

ZERO STARS Thieves; scam company stole my money; lied and lied sent dozens of emails back acting like the were just having shipping issues; trying to work on getting them shut down.
Scam. Guaranteed delivery date means nothing. Socks were different sizes when they finally showed up a month late. I'm still fighting for a refund. Terrible company.

It was literally horrible.
They were more than 2 weeks late. I paid extra to arrive fast. But they didn’t and it was after Christmas - supposed to arrive on the 13th but arrived on the 29th-. Even they put in a Christmas package.
What is more, I asked for refund of the extra payment for fast delivery. They said “they will” on the email first but at the end ... they chose not to because “we used fast delivery at the end” which is not true. Maybe the production was late, but that doesn’t count. They said it will take about a week to prepare the product and another week to arrive.
They took such a long time to prepare before shipment. And couldn’t make it before Christmas. And they didn’t refund it back to me. The staff there were so rude on the email.
I’ll never use this company ever again.
