I had a worst experience with green kart. They cheat the customers Customers who opt for COD are targeted.I had a bitter experience.I paid 1000 +courier charges but did not receive all the products.Products worth half the price.... And products which were not ordered by me were given I lost my money. This is my humble request......never buy from them. No proper resonse after payment.
I ordered an organic hair color on the 9th and I was committed the delivery date of 10th. The person who answered the phone was arrogant as hell and I did not hear him apologize even once for the delay. Finally, after following up for 3 consecutive days, the guy kept telling me that "Sir, aap samjho, kabhi delay ho jata hai", as if I am ordering the local sabzi wala to deliver onions at my home. I feel this is the WORST and the most UNPROFESSIONAL experience I have had.
