Worst Customer Service and Delivery Commitment ever faced
I ordered an organic hair color on the 9th and I was committed the delivery date of 10th. The person who answered the phone was arrogant as hell and I did not hear him apologize even once for the delay. Finally, after following up for 3 consecutive days, the guy kept telling me that "Sir, aap samjho, kabhi delay ho jata hai", as if I am ordering the local sabzi wala to deliver onions at my home. I feel this is the WORST and the most UNPROFESSIONAL experience I have had.
