Unreasonable and arrogant customer service. It was a very unpleasant experience. The quality of the product is not good. They're using fake American names, but it's obvious because of their weird English. She is polite on the surface, but her true nature comes out when trouble occurs like when you receive a defective product.
Initially, my order was delayed due to Lunar New Year, but the customer service I got was absolutely amazing! There was really good communication and I even got a few free gifts including a free dress to make up for the delay. Really happy with this seller!
NBSama has legit good quality lolita fashion at great prices. The sizing is accurate, and there are some plus size options too. My order was delayed and I received some additional gifts plus some lovely notes and communication from the seller. The shoes are so comfy too. I can totally recommend this seller.
