Unreasonable and arrogant
Unreasonable and arrogant customer service. It was a very unpleasant experience. The quality of the product is not good. They're using fake American names, but it's obvious because of their weird English. She is polite on the surface, but her true nature comes out when trouble occurs like when you receive a defective product.
