I paid £22 for the Ghostface "Horror Cooling Crop Mesh Jersey" expecting a decent item. Instead, it is shocking quality that isn't even worth £5. The fabric is paper-thin, incredibly cheap mesh that becomes completely see-through and distorts the moment it stretches even slightly. Straight out of the packaging, it arrived with structural manufacturing defects. The dark seams are stitched so poorly that the white un-dyed base fabric and white threads are completely bleeding through the entire neckline. There is also a dirty mark on the fabric on the front. Furthermore, be warned that the company actively filters out negative feedback on their own website. I left a 1-star review on their product page and it disappeared the second I refreshed the page—they completely manipulate their site reviews to look 5-star. Save your money and buy elsewhere; this is just cheap drop-shipped stock marked up to premium prices.

Awful. I purchased a cardigan and what arrived was terrible, absolutely not what was advertised. The material is ghastly, it's shapeless and cheap. I contacted Nerdywave to return it, for a full refund, but they ordered a 15% partial refund and to keep the garment (I would not want to keep it even if it were free). I was then offered a 30% refund and to keep it, otherwise I would have to cover the full cost of return to China, even though the product was not as advertised. Edit: In the interests of fairness, I have to add that I did receive a full refund, with the exception of the postage, which they deducted even though the fault sat squarely with them. I wasn't expected to return the item (It isn't fit for anything other than the bin however) and I'm still £5 out of pocket.

Ordered what I thought was a super cute cardigan and it is super cheap material & an awful product!! Supposedly super soft but its actually scratchy as heck. Looks like something off Shein when I paid a good amount of money for it. Wish I came here first and seen the reviews! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Id ask for a refund but no WAY am I paying for it to be shipped back to China!

Brenna was very helpful with my damaged items. She assured me that the items would be resent as quickly as possible. I'm very happy with the service I received and I think the quality of my jerseys that I've previously purchased are great. I love the graphics and people seem to really like them too; asking me where I purchased them from. I'm also very happy with the dresses that I've purchased also.
