SCAM! STAY AWAY! ⚠️⚠️⚠️
I received totally wrong items. They refuse to refund me. Instead they offer me a voucher code for my next purchase. Also, I have to pay for shipping costs if I decide to return the items.
I have been e-mailing them since October 2023 (the day I received the wrong items, we’re talking about 50 individual e-mails!!!). They have, among other what I believe is lies, blamed my bank for not accepting their refund request (which is not true after I had speaking to my bank. Nicecove have never made such a request).
I have reported companies to the General Complaints Board here in Sweden.
Absolute joke. I received my package several weeks late, clothing quality was ultimate lowest possible - way below Shein or Temu, and they make it impossible to return orders. 27 emails later I'm still waiting on a refund. Don't waste your time or money here.
The place is more or less a scam site. I ordered a bunch of stuff and got sent the wrong items and their "solution" was to try to get me to pay for that item. They don't accept returns, despite their website literally claiming that they accept returns. Stay away!
Horrendous. I just got a package with 3 pieces that supposed to be dark Grey and not only the products don’t match in shape and quality and color, they are HORRENDOUS. I would never wear this horrible stuff. Please don’t buy this
They offer to pay extra for shipping in 5 7 days, and I still have not received anything. I ordered already 13 days ago and they tell me now it will take 15 to 20 days to arrive. I ordered these kimonos for a festival this friday so I will have no use of them in the end... I advise to avoid this website.
Don't waste your money. Cheap quality and not like the photos. 2 of my items they sent were nothing like what I had ordered and would only offer a partial refund. Very disappointing.
