SCAM ⚠️⚠️⚠️
SCAM! STAY AWAY! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I received totally wrong items. They refuse to refund me. Instead they offer me a voucher code for my next purchase. Also, I have to pay for shipping costs if I decide to return the items. I have been e-mailing them since October 2023 (the day I received the wrong items, we’re talking about 50 individual e-mails!!!). They have, among other what I believe is lies, blamed my bank for not accepting their refund request (which is not true after I had speaking to my bank. Nicecove have never made such a request). I have reported companies to the General Complaints Board here in Sweden.
