I have been using NicheDropshipping services for a short time but I can say that I am very satisfied, great and attentive service. Sourcing is fast and order shipping is simplified. Thank you very much to Lily for making an effort to assist us on a daily basis this helps us a lot!
Terrific dropshipping service! They are very reliable and the customer service is on point!

Good service. Fast shipping and really reactive agents, thanks to Caroline for this really good job! Recommended
I’ve been working with NicheDropshipping since Dec/2019 and I have only good things to say about them! Spectacular service, makes our lives much easier, from sourcing products that we find daily, synchronize, and processing orders, everything you need to run an e-commerce business. And a special thanks to my agent Lily who is always helping me with my orders and solving everything with great professionalism! They are an important part of our business and success. Super recommended!
I have been using CJ (which I think is rebranding to NicheDropshipping) for exactly a year now, and it has been smooth sailing. Their website is great, they help you source the products for the cheapest price, their shipping is faster than everywhere else I've seen, and (MOST IMPORTANTLY) their customer service is top of the line. You are given a direct line to a customer service rep who will help you with anything that you need. And that is CRUCIAL, because anyone who dropships knows problems arise; something happens at customs, product isn't quite right (though this rarely happens because CJ actually double checks the quality of the item), etc. etc., so having a service rep to help at the drop of a dime is incredibly reassuring. My rep, Lily, has been excellent in my year of knowing her, and I'm looking forward to continuing our partnership into the next year. 5 stars, excellent service.
Nichedropshipping by far the best place for every dropshipir. They can source for you any product in the world for the best price and most importantly the fastest shipping times. Best service. You have an agent who is in contact directly with you. Wich makes everything run smoothly and better. Recommended.
I started using NicheDropshipping last year when sales started to spike, and the experience has been great! The deliveries are fast, the customer service is diligent and the ease of use can not be understated.
Since we are using NicheDropshipping our sales tripled and the products we are selling are of great quality and low prices. This is a recommendation to all E-commerce
Best sourcing agency in the business. Excellent support agents (especially one lady named Lily) with very quick response time and a solution for any problem that occurs. Also very smart software to place orders and to list products. Keeping stock in their warehouses around the world, customizing products and packages, everything is possible. They also have their own very quick shipping lines even in times with COVID-19. Overall THE way to go when it comes to ecommerce.
Been using them for a couple years and they’ve really helped with my dropshipping business. Quick response times and great for sourcing products. I highly recommend
Very excellent dropshipping App, sourcing, shipping, custom packaging all can be done here
I am very happy with the cjdropship. I would like to give a special thank you to my agent wanda
Professional Reliable Service , Highly recommended
Shoutout to Lily who has been helping us grow the business. They are an integral part of our success. To more years of partnership!
Great services and agents as well. But minus point is the interface. That's quite complicated and not so friendly for new user. Anyway, it's brilliant. Try it ^^
The agent is nice and do a pretty solid Job. Communication is fast and the Service is great. Only thing they could work on is getting a searching function with the own ordernumbers.
started the business without knowing nothing, i have an agent named Sunny that helped through those dark days of finding tracking that goes mia. each system is meticulously detailed, everything is a one click away. overall experience was pleasant, communication is easy as the agents and website are fluent in translating through my lack of infos in dropshipping business.
Been working with NicheDropshipping for too long, and everything makes easier. Sourcing products, placing orders, tracking orders, and other more excellent features. Very excellent experience with Customer Service. Can consider to be the ultimate tool for dropshippers. Overall, Amazing!
