I won $100 and I did an instant KYC redemption. At first it said I'd have my redemption and 8 hours. Then a week later I still did not have my redemption. So I contacted customer support and they said they were doing a manual redemption. The next time I went in to check on it, it said that the same thing that another review below said,

It kept giving me the same message over and over again. So then I sent an email to customer support and it's been another week and I have not had any response at all. Also, when I looked at their terms and conditions there's no option for arbitration which most casinos will have an option for arbitration. So in closing, I recommend do not use this casino!
I had a different experience. Welcome offer was good everything ran well no hiccups as of now but I just requested a 450 redemption last night. I will update my 4 stars to 5 stars if they complete the redemption process in a timely fashion.
It's a plain and simple scam. I had 95 SC I tried to redeem after successfully verifying with them. I even chatted with support to make sure I was good to redeem and they said I was good to go!
So I redeemed my 95 SC to my account. About a week later I see on my account it says "Failed To Redeem" and so it didn't go through. But unlike most sites, the SC wasn't returned to me to try to redeem again. No no, this site removes all SC from your account.
I reached out to support and they gave the most cookie cutter answers about activity was "suspicious".

I won $70 off some free daily bonus SC. Met all requirements and waited 4 days for them to deny my cashout. They said they detected money laundering activity even though I hadn’t bought anything and they removed the winnings from my account. So this means because I didn’t buy anything, they didn’t want to payout the winnings. Do not buy or play here. An absolute scam and needs to be shut down.

Most terrible casino i have ever had the displeasure of spending money at. Half the games dont load. Customer service is terrible. Game selection sucks spent 100 dollars all dollar spins and won a total of 17 dollars! The normal hacksaw bonus features arent in the games which ive never seen before. Just all around trash tier casino.
