My trust in nikolatoy has increased
I kept seeing nikolatoy on short video apps and finally decided to order the Slam Dunk 3D Picture Frame. It took about 10 days to arrive, and the moment I opened it, I was thrilled with it.
Worst experience ever
I wasted time and money, was given a tracking number for parcel, but the parcel was never shipped according to it, even though they claimed it was shipped. I definitely don't recommended it.
The toy gun we bought arrived broken
The toy gun we bought arrived not functioning and Nikola Toys shirked resolving the situation.
Terrible company for service
Terrible company for service! I ordered a present for my friend. The delivery of item got mishandled in delivery. Neither the delivery company or nikolatoy accepted responsibility of the item not being delivered correctly. Hence im down. Present and the money for the order. Would not recommend day all,

A full blown scam, don't buy here.
It is simple. I made a purchase, was given a tracking number and waited and watched as the tracking proceeded to the point where it said it had been delivered. It was not delivered and after repeated requests as to it's whereabouts, never got any type of reply. They kept my money but delivered nothing and have not even responded to any of my inquiries.
Never received the products after 2…
Never received the products after 2 months. First contact said they forgot to send it. Second contact never return email request. Have to contact my credit card to get money back.
I ordered 2 items on the 26th of May…
I ordered 2 items on the 26th of May and received only one of the items... its been almost 4 months of emailing them and I still haven't received the missing item or a refund for it.
The company sent me the wrong item
The company sent me the wrong item. After contacting them they asked me to pay an additional $40 to send the correct item, and would not allow me to return the item I had been sent saying that the cost of returning it was too high. After several email conversations their final offer was to refund me the difference between the item sent, and the item I had requested, even though I explained I had no use for the item sent. That was their final offer. £40 wasted.
Scam company
This website needs to be banned,as they don’t deliver the goods and don’t respond on your email. Very obvious that it’s a scam company but they are still online
Worst in customer service and logistics
Customer service and logistics are the worse. Ordered last April and never received my order. Logistics (J&T) shows in tracking the item was damaged. I made several attempts to contact Nikola Toy and they hardly respond and will always give you the run around. No refund at all! It'been going on for nearly 5 months now with nothing. What a nightmare!
The goods never showed up
The goods never showed up, even though they claim to have been delivered. Either it's a scam or just plain incompetent. No response to repeated requests for follow up or refund. It's in the hands of Mastercard now.

My goods were supposed to be delivered today, but they have not been. There is no indication of where they are. So I'll be off to the bank tomorrow for a chargeback. Yet another "supplier", yet another failure.

LOT'S OF BACK AND FORTH WITH ROYAL MAIL AND NIKOLATOY BUT AROUND IN CIRCLES. I WENT TO THE LOCAL ROYAL MAIL DEPOT FOR A DIRECT ANSWER. THE PARCEL DID NOT HAVE A HOUSE NUMBER ON THE LABEL SO IT WAS RETURNED TO SENDER. DESPITE MANY EMAILS EXPLAINING THINGS, NIKOLATOYS JUST KEEPS SAYING "CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CARRIER!!!!!" I PAID BY VISA DEBIT CARD SO TODAY I MADE A CLAIM THROUGH MY BANK TO DO A CHARGE REVERSE. VERY EASY AND HASSLE FREE. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND USE YOUR BANK TO GET YOUR REFUND INSTEAD OF WAITING OR NEVER GETTING A REFUND.
This ia as SCAM operation
This ia as SCAM operation. They do ship products but the quality is SHIT and they do not take any responsibility for this. Electronic products are shipped with USA plug to Europe and without any kind of documentation. When product is clearly broken they ask to wire more money. Clearly a SCAM, suggest to avoid this E-store at all cost.
Avoid site - major scam
It's 19th August and despite back and forth emails (very few responses from Nikola Toy and their main complaints email account), nothing has come to light. My "order" is still sitting in China. A company built on complete thievery. AVOID at all costs. It is impossible to get your money back once they have it.
Can’t recommend this site
Can’t recommend this site. I am not convinced of the quality of their (pricy) products. Besides that it seems to be impossible to return the product and get the money back. They are answering emails, but don’t give me the return adress. I requested it about 5 times without success.

This is a scam. The system will not accept a prepaid credit card as that would set a limit on how much they could charge you later on.
Do not purchase from this company; poor quality
I purchased a figurine from their website. It took about two months to be delivered. By the time it arrived, I completely forgot I had ordered the item. The quality of the item was not good. The base of the figure is warped. I tried reaching out to the company via email and did not receive a response. Would not recommend buying from this company.
