Noteburner is a reliable, useful tool for any sound centred creative. With a relatively speedy download process that allows me to convert to many specific formats, this programme is useful for troubleshooting and problem-solving file states for different programming languages. The presentation is slick and the support team is clear and dependable. I initially used the programme to download a few tracks to use while studying music but have now been able to use the programme to support bigger projects and now throughout music performing and producing, happily. The programme now also allows the user to operate streaming platforms within the programme, makinv the navigation of files to convert pretty much seamless and more connected.
The download process of the programme itself is straightforward and stress free. Even when l've had to occasionally uninstall and reinstall the programme to perform an update, Noteburner retains all of my data without error the entire time l've used it, which is around 6 years now.
One of the features that I really appreciate from Noteburner, is the adaptability of working on different software, e.g. mac, windows, that means that many different users can access the tool. This is mirrored in the multiple format version that are available to convert to as well. Noteburner as a music converter tool has MP3, AAC .m4a, AIFF, WAV, FLAC and ALAC on offer which is predominantly what I need the programme for. I need to be able to convert tracks to a variety of formats to feel fully able to be a music creative that feels supported to operate digitally and with apt mobility. I also love the lossless audio quality retention from the source of the downloaded tracks. I never feel like by using an adaptable music downloading convert like Noteburner, that I have to sacrifice sound quality or feel like l'm compromising time and money. I also generally adore the lack of unrelated ads that get too often get rammed down our throats on other programmes and platforms. Well worth it.

The app works well, although you get detected and banned by spotify/youtube the next day, but whatever.
The issue is - you buy a subscription, cancel it right away, it “works” on your screen, but it doesn’t actually canxel the subscription, you have to go to your bank and manually ban this merchant.

Greedy Subscription Practices Might Have Turned Me Off
Software worked fine. Got the Amazon Music one and had no issues. But I missed my monthly payment. Now there's no option for me to renew for my monthly subscription, or sign up for a new one under another account. Their website is only offering yearly and lifetime subscriptions. I don't want or need either, as I just need specific music and don't plan to use this long term. Now after seeing warnings about renewing I'm torn. This is the best program I've used for this purpose, but they seem to be at best greedy and at worst consumer hostile.

The app on the whole is okay, easy to use and does the job but there is a distinct drop in audio quality from the original source which is a shame as I would have kept the subscription otherwise.

Warning to illegally downloading Spotify music in line with their T&C's
Read this BEFORE purchasing!!!
This review is twofold - A forewarning to consequences of using NoteBurner to download Spotify music and,
the very good customer service and full re-imbursement of $$$.
1) This software and its functionality inherently contravenes Spotify’s Terms of Service and leads to Spotify account suspension. It has taken me several days to have Spotify lift the suspension of my account.
The risk of account suspension is a known issue to the company. This is not disclosed on their website and provides NO warning or disclosure to potential customers regarding this critical restriction.
I have un-installed this programme and have received a full refund from the company since the product is fundamentally unfit for its intended purpose.
2) Conversely, the product is good and does what it's meant to do. Quality of downloaded Spotify music is perfect, easily downloaded and a “no fuss” application.
I initially had an issue regarding the serial number/code which was addressed immediately by the support team. I’m impressed by the customer care and resolution of my initial query and their continued follow up emails.
