Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the application features a smooth interface, making it exceptionally simple to download, convert, and organize their favorite audio and music tracks. People also deeply appreciate the outstanding customer support, noting that the team is fast, responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help resolve technical issues quickly. However, some customers also noted occasional slowdowns when opening the program, handling updates, or performing conversions. A few reviewers experienced minor frustrations, such as potential issues during multitasking or occasional drops in audio quality compared to the original sources.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I used the free version to install my playlist from youtube music to mp3. I just pasted the link to my playlist in and it actually converted my whole playlist into mp3 files on my computer. Rare that a program actually just does what its meant to and doesnt limit the free version to make it unusable. I am very impressed and would recommend for downloading music or youtube vids.
NoteBurner is the BEST!!! Customer support respond quickly. Highly recommended. Thanks a lot NoteBurner.
Such a fantastic piece of software. Supports me to be able to download music that I’ve already paid for, so I can mix it with djay software. This means I can finally use them with my USB decks, a fantastic purchase!
Thank you so much for your support and kind words! We’re thrilled that the software helps with your DJ workflow. Your support is our greatest motivation to keep improving!
I was looking for a user friendly tool to manage different music providers … and a tool offering up-to-date capabilities for off line downloads and file format conversions. I tried a lot of tools and NoteBurner is definitely the best one: - smooth and reactive interface - for those who use Apple Music, it’s just fantastic to have exactly the same interface - one of most frequently updated software in that category - There is a very reactive support in all languages (and in Europe) - maybe the oldest one…. and it’s a proof of confidence Therefore, I decided to buy a lifetime licence because the price is very attractive. I’m very happy. DJ Larios
Thank you so much for your detailed feedback and kind words! We’re glad to hear that you’re enjoying NoteBurner and our support. We truly appreciate your trust and support!
The setting up process was super easy and it was easy to find out how to fully run the app. I bought the full version for unlimited time and it’s save me so much money it’s unbelievable. The quality of the music is also so good especially with the updates that happen often to keep on top of this market. Lastly, I can’t complain about customer service, I had a problem and contacted support not expecting a reply but I actually received everything I needed to fix my problem within 12 hours. Couldn’t complain, best so far in my opinion coming from a young up-and-coming dj.❤️❤️

I'm not the kind of person who leaves a review after using something for five minutes. I bought Noteburner Spotify Music Converter back in January 2020, and after using it regularly for more than six years, I think I can finally give an honest opinion. The software does exactly what I bought it for. I wanted a way to listen to my Spotify playlists on older devices and also when I didn't have an internet connection. Over the years it has been very reliable. The audio quality is great, the interface is simple to use, and the conversion process is straightforward. Even when converting large playlists, I rarely run into any problems. One thing I really appreciate is how quickly they react when Spotify changes something. Anyone who has used this type of software knows that updates can sometimes cause problems. In my experience, whenever an issue appeared, Noteburner usually released a fix within a few days, so I was never stuck waiting for weeks. That's probably the main reason I've kept using it for so long. I've also contacted customer support a few times over the years. The responses were always fast and helpful. They actually looked into my problem instead of sending the usual automated replies. In one case, I received a detailed answer within a few hours and the issue was resolved the same day. That kind of support is becoming harder to find. What stands out the most is that the software feels polished and profesonal, but the company still feels approachable. You get the impression that they genuinely care about their product and their customers. I never felt like I was just another license number. Another thing worth mentioning is that the software has improved quite a bit since I first bought it. New updates have made it faster and more stable, and the interface is cleaner than it used to be. It's nice to see that development didn't stop after the sale. Overall, after more than six years of use, I'm still very happy with my purchase. It's been reliable, easy to use, and worth the money for me. Looking back, buying it was definately a good decision. I don't write many reviews, but this is one product that has consistently worked well for me and delivered what it promised.
We’re delighted to hear the tool has been useful to you. Thanks for the awesome review!
I love that the Amazon version of NoteBurner uses the Amazon Music web interface, so there is no real learning curve. Fast and clean downloads of individual files or entire playlists. Worked every time.
Happy to know the downloader worked perfectly on your end — thanks for the feedback!
Very reliable software, very reactive support tram.
Great to know you had a smooth experience! Thanks for the kind feedback.
I’ve been using a great tool to manage my Spotify music library on Windows, and overall it’s been a surprisingly smooth experience. This tool is NoteBurner. My main reason for trying it was simple: I wanted a practical way to keep access to playlists and songs outside the Spotify app, especially for offline listening on devices and players that don’t always support Spotify directly. After testing a few different tools, NoteBurner ended up being the one I kept using. The setup on Windows was straightforward and didn’t require a lot of tweaking. The interface is clean enough that you can start using it without watching tutorials or digging through settings for half an hour. I mainly use it with Spotify playlists and albums, and the conversion process has generally been reliable. One thing I appreciated is that the software keeps important metadata like song titles, artists, and album information organized. That makes a big difference when you’re converting larger playlists and don’t want a messy music library afterward. Performance-wise, conversion speeds have been decent on my Windows PC, and audio quality has been good for my personal listening needs. I also like having different output format options depending on where I want to use the files. I won’t pretend it’s perfect — occasionally I’ve had to retry a conversion or update settings after a Spotify app update — but that’s fairly common with software that integrates with streaming platforms. In day-to-day use though, it has worked consistently enough for me. If you use Spotify regularly and want a more flexible way to manage your music collection on Windows, NoteBurner is worth checking out.
Thanks a lot for sharing your experience! We’re happy to hear you’re enjoying it.

I have been using several of the NoteBurner applications for several years, and they have consistently performed as expected. Whenever there are changes to the websites or services these apps work on, NoteBurner provides updates that reenable continued operation of its software.
An amazingly effective, and easy to use tool. Their support got back to me very quickly and resolved the one issue I had instantly as well. Noteburner is the best tool of this kind that I've found.
This app is a lifesaver. I am able to download high quality music for my collection. The interface is very user friendly and the app is reliable. Highly recommended it.
