Pet grooming tool SCAM
Ordered a pet grooming tool and it took over a month and kept watching tracking which suddenly stopped updating so I emailed to check on it. They “updated the tracking” to now say it was delivered on a specific date. We have Ring cameras and I could verify it was never delivered. Went back n forth several times with them keep repeating that it was delivered! I stated I wanted a refund or the product sent immediately with them just saying it was delivered. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I HAVE VIDEO PROOF IT NEVER CAME ANYTIME AROUND THE DATE THEY STATED!!
